Regarding the chandelier (Terracotta H23108-8), there were unexpected quality issues with the crystals falling off, which led the manufacturer, Terracotta, to delay shipping until a new batch could be produced. I've included their response below so you can see the explanation directly from the factory. We understand how disappointing this experience must have been.
"Sorry for this. We found some issues of this item in our supplier. We indeed received some deliveries from the supplier, but because of some concerning quality issues - the crystals easily could fall off and branches to be broken during shipping . We believed it was better not to ship to the customer for now and wait for next batch, but we understand the customer can't wait any longer.
