Quick, painless, affordable
Everything was great, fast, painless. I wasn't up-sold anything I didn't want or need. Removed one star for the explosion is solicitation phone calls and texts I started getting from "construction advertisers" wanting to "help" me get more work(take my money)

I was in need of insurance for Monday…
I was in need of insurance for Monday and applied on the Friday afternoon before. Wasn’t a scenario I wanted to be in. However they had me insured on Monday and I didn’t skip a beat. I wouldn’t be surprised if it could’ve been handled in a day if I started earlier in the day. It was overall a very simple process for an online insurance company.

Good rates, good service, and right to the point.
The agent was personable, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. He didn’t sugar-coat rates, then try to explain hidden fees. Everything was up-front, so there were no surprises. His advice was sound, but not pushy, and the rates were very reasonable. He also provided his direct contact card, which I appreciated. Great Prompt Response
Affordable Contractors Insurance always responds very quickly, usually within minutes, to answer my questions or take care of my problems. Other insurance brokers I have dealt with don't even get back to me the same day.

Super great customer service
I’m very new to all this insurance stuff and honestly it can be confusing and stressful, but Affordable Insurance and Ron Allred’s team made everything simple and comfortable for me. They truly lived up to their name by giving me coverage that actually fits my budget while still taking the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what I was getting.
What impressed me the most was their dedication and customer service. I reached out late at night and they responded around 10 p.m., sending me three different documents I needed right away so I could move forward without delays. That kind of responsiveness and willingness to help, especially after normal business hours, really shows how much they care about their clients.
