Affinion Probate Arvostelua

Affinion were excellent.
Very respectful and professional.
On the admin, they explained everything clearly so I could fully understand what was happening.

Affinion Probate recently dealt with our father's case. They were professional and from the first phone call. Mark explained the process and what to expect next. We were kept up to date about the progress. We would definiteley recommend.

Probate can be a complicated and often brutal process-full of legal jargon and confusing paperwork. But the staff at Affinion and NewLaw guided us through successfully. All our questions were dealt with, and a good dialogue proved to help make a positive conclusion. I would recommend them withour hesitation.

I recently used Affinion and NewLaw Solicitors for help with my mother's probate. From the first call they responded within a day and completed the entire process in just over a month - far quicker than I expected. Their communication was clear, I was kept informed at every step. I highly recommend them for probate service.

From the moment I got in touch with Affinion Probate, once all the relevant information was exchanged, I received excellent service from them as well as from their associated companies.
Mark Stephens was easy to contact and communicate with all through out the probate process.

We were recommended to use Affinion Probate by a friend.
So glad we did!
As we all know it’s very stressful at a very emotional and difficult time when losing loved ones.
From the first phone call with Mark, things were made easy from start to the end.

Excellent service from beginning to end took the stress out of a strewn situation, would highly recommend.

After attempting to go through the minefield of getting probate myself. I thought I'd get some professional advice. I came across Affinion on the web and gave them a quick call. After an initial 5 minute chat with Mark it was clear that this was the way forward. I was given a price upfront with no added extras or hidden costs, and within days I had had an interview with Mark to gather my info to pass on to his team. I was assigned Emily Roberts to deal with the case. She was extremely polite and professional. The service made the whole thing seem easy and is well worth the money, it removes any stress and doubts. Makes it a whole lot easier. Highly recommended.

the cost may i say was a shock a very nice one at that having been told it would be much much more .so paying less does get you great quality and service.

Extremely helpful and efficient service from Affinion.

Very grateful for Mark's assitance throughout the process.

this is like a one stop shop, they simply and easily do all you need, and all it took was one phone call and one email, send in the documents and they did the rest.

Easy and straight forward no hassle no pressure a really good job

Everything was handled efficiently by Mark and I was kept updated at all times.
What started out as a daunting prospect for me was made very simple just by supplying the necessary paperwork.

What can I say about Affinion, exceptional customer care. Kind caring staff who know what they are talking about which gives you complete confidence. Every step from the first enquiry to the final correspondence. When you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, the last headache you want to deal with is probate. I can honestly say they made everything effort less gave them the details they needed and they just got on with the job in hand which left me and my family try to come to terms with the loss of our beautiful Mum. The costs where very competitive, could not recommend this company highly enough.
