Affinion Probate Arvostelua

Affinion did everything possible to make things a little easier for me and my family after my wife died in March 2026. Their probate service was brilliant, other than answer a few questions and sending the relevant documents I didn’t have to do anything they covered every corner for me. Also the charges don’t seem much for the work they put in.
Great service, thank you. Gary Morley. Doncaster

I was totally satisfied with this company, they were very quick, very reasonably priced and they kept me in the loop at all times. I would recommend them without question.

Swift response and turnaround with all communications. Very impressed.

An excellent Company, I would have no qualms in recommending these people to assist with any probate queries you may have. They are fast, fair and efficient and keep the customer informed of any progress. Thankyou Mark from Affinion and Janine from Taylor Rose.

Very efficient in collecting the necessary paperwork & handing it over to solicitor's to apply for probate.
Total cost was slightly less than I'd expected, most of which was solicitor's charges, but still very much cheaper than using a solicitor throughout.
Grant of probate was obtained in a reasonable time frame, considering we had a delay in obtaining the origional will.
Would thoroughly recommend this company if you require similar work.
Special thanks to Mark for keeping us updated throughout the process & Karen at the solicitor's for courteously & efficiently handling the will delay.

Affinion Probate can justifiably claim to be leaders in their field. Mark, in particular, excelled by successfully resolving a number of uniquely challenging aspects in close collaboration with an experienced and thorough independent legal team. Nothing was left to chance, any and all potential obstacles were anticipated and addressed. Affinion and their team are as close to a proverbial "rubber-stamp" for Probate as one could possibly hope to secure. They deliver. I recommend their service, without hesitation.

We got the name of Affinion from a friend who had used them before. We also looked at using a local solicitor and another on-line service from one of the larger UK corporates, but Affinion were the most assured during the initial contact, and did come in as the best price of the 3. Just to set the scene, the estate we had to administer was relatively straightforward - a house, a bank account, some investments and a recent Will was in place, we had most/all of the required documents available and I like to think I am reasonably OK with what the probate process is. We were steered well on which documents were needed and our clarifications were answered quickly. I guess the process could be more convoluted and prolonged if the required documents were missing or harder to locate.
Taylor Rose were the legal advisors and were able to complete the HMRC IHT form400 quickly, checking back with us to make sure everything was correct. Once HMRC were happy Taylor Rose then submitted the application for Probate. The whole process from start to receiving the completed Probate was 16 weeks (we had been told that the process could take up to 24 weeks but that is really the HMRC and Probate office processing time - the time taken to gather all the right documents has to be added to this).
We had been given a fixed-price quote for the assistance, although there was the potential for extra costs if additional work was requested. We did incur some additional costs as two of the three executors had their 'power reserved' (so they were not active in progressing the probate application but could become involved if they needed to or chose to). This incurred £110 per executor to log the power reserved with the probate office which we only found out on the final invoice, although we probably would have chosen to do it anyway to make the application process simpler.
While we never met anyone in person, phone calls and emails with attachments were all that was required to get this job done. I was particularly impressed when some of my email communication was answered mid-evenings or on weekends. Not that many people work Mon-Fri 9-5 any more but it was good to see this rapid and flexible response.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Affinion Probate to someone else in a similar position to ours.

The process was very quick, and when I forgot to complete something, they reached out to me promptly to help resolve the issue. All in all, I definitely recommend them.

They have been brilliant from start to finish. They have made the process stress free. They have been very professional and understanding at a difficult time. Their fees are very reasonable and worth every penny. I would recommend them.

I cannot praise Affinion Probate highly enough. Following the death of my mother, we needed assistance obtaining Probate, and after comparing a number of providers, Affinion stood out on both price and service.

The total cost was just under £1,900, which included VAT and the Probate Court fees of approximately £300. Many other companies quoted almost double some treble this amount, and several did not even include VAT or court fees in their quotations, which would have pushed their costs even higher.

Naturally, I was a little cautious at first because Affinion's pricing was so competitive, but I needn't have worried. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

A special thank you to Mark Stephens, Senior Consultant, who looked after us throughout the entire process. Mark was always available when we needed him, responded promptly to emails and calls, kept us fully informed at every stage, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.

There were no hidden charges, no surprises, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. The Probate application was handled professionally and efficiently, and we have now successfully received the Grant of Probate.

If you are looking for a Probate service that offers excellent value for money, clear communication, genuine customer care, and professional expertise, I would not hesitate to recommend Affinion Probate.

Five-star service from beginning to end. Thank you to Mark Stephens and the Affinion team for all your help and support during a difficult time.

I was executor of a will and was flabbergasted at the price quoted by a large firm of solicitors for carrying out probate on an estate of just £410,000. An estimate of £8-15000 was quoted excluding fees for the renunciation of a partner.
I contacted Affilion who undertook the case for £1250 in conjunction with Taylor Rose solicitors Ltd. I was so impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy afforded by both organisations in general and Mr Mark Stephens (Affilion) and Ms Robynne Casswell in particular. I will not hesitate to use both companies again.

I recommend Affinion Probate and their associated partners for their outstanding support during the probate process for my late grandfather's estate. The entire service, from the initial contact to securing the Grant of Probate was handled with exceptional professionalism and clarity. Special mention of Mark Stephens, Senior Consultant at Affinion, was a consistent point of contact, offering comprehensive information and clear communication throughout the process. I wholeheartedly thank you for your help during what was a difficult period.

I found the staff at Affinion to be very sympathetic and understanding from the beginning to the end. I was very happy with their professionalism and efficiency in dealing with matters and wouldn't hesitate to further recommend their services. I will certainly be using them again if required.

I was recommended to Affinion and I am very impressed, very efficient and helpful all the way through. Any query I had was explained thoroughly and in layman's terms.
Can't fault the service I had.

On a recommendation I contacted Mohammed Sahid, Director of Affinion Probate, to deal with my late Father's estate. I am so glad I did. Communication, understanding and empathy were professional yet personal to me. The process was seamless and I was kept abreast of every stage. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you.

I came across Affinion Probate when looking for help after my father passed away. There were lots of companies out there offering their services at ridiculous prices with no indication of timescales. After seeing the Trustpilot reviews for Affinion I arranged a free call and Mark gave me a fixed fee quote and an estimated timescale to complete.
Affinion use third party solicitors in my case this was Taylor Rose who were also very efficient and kept me updated throughout. Probate was granted quickly within 8 weeks from start to finish. If you’re looking for help with obtaining probate I wouldn’t use any one else. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Mark at Affinion Probate and Liz at Taylor -Rose provided excellent service. Could not fault the swift way the process was handled with probate being granted in under 3 months from the start of the process .
All at a very reasonable cost.

Affinion Probate they are amazing got my probate done in 2 months. Excellent results.

Having never had to deal with probate and how it works and what's needed....Mark at Affinion Probate was brilliant, was easier than I expected it to be!

Would definitely recommend Affinion Probate to any one that needs this service.
