I have recently subscribed to this app .I had few issues with the billing. I emailed customer support who responded quickly and resolved my billing issues . I was very impressed with the team.
I accessed secure attachment audio content and found it very useful . They have audio file and a summary of the topic in bitesize for reading on the go and also offer 1:1 support .

I had my first coaching session with Anna today and was pretty nervous before it began, which is completely understandable. But once I started talking, I was surprised at how easy it felt. Outstanding Customer Service - Affemity Customer Service is outstanding. Anytime I need assistance with trouble shooting scheduling an appointment with my coach the team is always very quick and polite to respond. The app is ok but the private sessions are amazing
I was a bit skeptical with the app at first as it wasn’t resonating with what I was looking for, but I ended up being able to navigate through it with time and also booked an 1on1 session
