Don't trust this so call company, received my heated Gilet after weeks of waiting came with no Power pack complete waste of time , don't even bother trying to contact them 👎 they need looking into so maybe worth a BBC checking out🤔

I want to give zero stars but unable to. Please don’t touch this company. I bought a heated gilet which came without a battery so it’s totally useless. Have tried contacting this company via email and telephone. No response. Have read this is a scam company. Please do not use them

Days. Can’t trace the order through the website says order not recognised - Instagram should get involved ….

Looks like I'm another victim of this scam company. Took my money, no items delivered. Trading standards should reimburse everyone scammed as thier letting this happen 😤

This website is a SCAM! AVOID!

30+ days since I have ordered and nothing received. Now the link to my order does not work anymore, assume the company have stolen my money and that's it. Have reported to UK trading standard and SHOPIFY should also be accountable but not expecting much of a result unfortunately.

Awful Chinese company. Thought I was buying Under Armour joggers but the trousers that arrived were fake!
Tried to get a refund but to no avail...

Pure scam of a company . Do not purchase anything . They don’t deliver and all copies from china . Nothing more than drop shipping scam .

I bought a "Christmas Tree Sweater" from a company called Monroe London in December. They sent a polyester top with a picture of christmas trees printed on it. This website is a carbon copy of Aether London. I got my money back after 3 weeks of emails back and forth and only after I raised it with my bank. Avoid this and another company selling these "sweaters". None of them are genuine and they're all from a warehouse in China.

Asked to change an item for size reasons, keep on getting one email every other week offering something different. First, they tell you you can return it, and then they offer full replacement credit but do not say how you can have it. Now, they are offering a discount on future purchases, and I still have the original goods, which are useless to me.

Awful Chinese company showing you pictures of goods you would like to buy and supplying you with fakes.
I’m not bothered if I don’t get my money back because I won’t be getting the under armour pants I ordered.

Placed an order, haven't received anything from them. I have emailed them with no response.

What a con trading standards should do something about these people, placed an order on the 15th Feb and have requested on a number of occasions an update on my order it is now the 26th Feb and not one response avoid this company like the plague. I wished I had read the reviews before placing the order, thank god for Paypal

Waited 3 and half weeks for the product to arrive, asked for a refund they just to me to be patient. Product arrived damaged and they look really cheap and shiny unlike the photographs. Asked twice for a refund now and I’m being ignored. Avoid them.

This is a scam. Not from London but China.
Wish I had read reviews also. Ordered 29/11 and arrived after Xmas. Not as advertised. It is not knitted and is very cheap polyester.
Requested refund . Had response from “Joy” who said it does say printed not knitted. The title of the advert is Knitted!
They do not do refunds as they have delivered what was ordered. It was not what I ordered.
They went on to say it was a sale item so none refundable. It really was not a sale.
Website now says closing down sale!

What an absolute disappointment! I waited weeks for the 'cosy' jumper to arrive and it's a t-shirt with long sleeves! The advertisement was totally misleading and the 30 day return policy has not been honoured! I am angry with myself for not checking reviews and was lured in by a "London" company. If I had realised it was coming from China I certainly wouldn't have bought it. The company is a con! Please do the right thing and give me and all the others a refund.

What a scam. I only wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Waited 4 weeks, arrived too late for the Christmas Party I wanted it for and I wouldn't have worn it if it had arrived in time. This site needs to be taken down. Be warned, if a thing seems too good to be true it probably is. Give them a wide berth!!!
