Great experience

Great experience with both Emma and Kathryn. Both assisted through the whole process and made it so simple.

Very poor on costumer loyalty and uncompetitive prices

Great costumer care and very convenient and competitive quotations when I started with them a few years ago when they had just started up.
However this in my experience changed as they got the momentum and gained more client base. Not accomodating at all for their old costumers and not aiming to improve their costumer satisfaction with providing more competitive quotations progressives with time, despite being provided with the evidence of far better quotations from other competitors for the similar coverage.

Very disappointed in this manner of conducting a business that usually is built up on trust as the years go by.

Unique experience

The staff took care of my requests in a fast and very personalised way that made this experience unique. I managed to reach what I wanted. I am now relaxed as I am relying on a specialized company to cover my specific needs. The staff is also very kind and patient. Thank you.

Aesthetic insure experience

Dealing with Lizzie Newton (Medical Malpractice Manager) was a delight. Lizzie was patient in answering all my questions and gave me adequate time to make up my decision. The process was straightforward.
