Aesthetic Clothes Shop Arvostelua 

They stole photos from the site dokidoki cosplay. The original cosplay from that site are only $30, and they are selling their bootleg version for $78. The customer service is nonexistent. I had to file a claim through PayPal, and even then the owner was not abiding by their own polices. They wanted me to pay to ship the item back for a return, even though their policy says free 90 returns. Avoid this website at all costs.

I really like my new lace replacer! It fits perfectly in my Doc Martens, which I now use more often, because I can get I much quicker :).
The product came within some days, could have been quicker, but when I saw where it came from, it made more sense: China. I was a little disappointed there, because I thought for the price I will not receive china ware. But well, the quality is good so far and it fits, so it does what it should.
The (for free) mystery box on the other hand was a real cheek, as it was only a sticker.

This hoodie was meant to be a gift and I'm very unhappy with the quality of the image. It doesn't look good and it seems like it will peel off after a few washes. It also took a month to arrive.

$40 surprise gift was NOT worth $40 it was a plastic keyring, and the embroidered shirt was NOT embroidered.

I purchased a hoodie from Aesthetic Clothes and it was a genuinely great shopping experience. I received the hoodie very close to the time they said it would arrive, along with free stickers. When I received it I found it to be too small, an error of my own, and when I contacted customer service they were extremely helpful in getting the correct size hoodie. I will definitely shop here again some time in the future.

It still hasn't been received and it was ordered on Jan. 4th.

Recently got in touch with the shop after having an issue with my order. The quality of the items I received, as well as a gift that came with the order, were all really nice (and true to the design, which I love because I'm really picky with cosplay) but I had ordered the wrong size for a couple of the pieces. They understood completely and offered a couple of solutions to help me out, which was honestly a huge relief. I'll definitely purchase more stuff from them later!!

The product is great, it took a little longer than I usually get packages but was still within estimate

They were super sweet! And the mystery bag is beyond fun!!

EDIT: I originally wrote that I only got a partial order, but there was simply a misunderstanding with the order being sent in two parcels and only seeing one of the tracking codes. When the slippers I ordered got here, they were flexible to fit my big-ish feet inside the small-looking entryway, have shockingly cushy soles, and are CUTE AS A DAMN BUTTON! Minor marks off due to the toes resting against a kinda crunchy seam, but overall very happy and I'm glad I got 3 extra pairs for my friends.

We did receive our order initially. We contacted the Aesthetic Clothes shop and they followed up professionally.

We since got our retro shoes and happy with the product....

Shortly after placing order I received a tracking number. However, the tracking number to what appears to be an Italian Postal Service with no expected delivery date. I have contacted aesthetic clothes shop via message on their website and they just forwarded me to the information I already have. Not useful at all. Still haven’t received the item hopefully it will be here before Christmas.
