Lovely smelling products and swift delivery

Ordered three candles online after having smelled the Indian Sandalwood candle in a gift shop and becoming hooked! Postage was very quick and they came well packed. When burning the scents are strong but not overpowering, just perfect. I also love the focus Aery has on being ethical and sustainable. Will definitely buy again!

Really beautiful and the smell is very special. Thank you and will be recommending your shop to others.

Thank you!

The website is easy to navigate and really informative about the company and products it sells. I particularly love that this site uses carbon neutral delivery services and cares about the planet. I can't wait for my order to arrive as I've wanted to get the pillow spray for some time, I hope it helps me get a restful night. Thank you for creating lovely products and a great shopping experience.

Disappointed with the Fig Leaf candle as unfortunately no one in the entire family can smell it :( it’s been lit for several hours and absolutely no scent coming out of it. Not yet tried the other candle. Delivery very good and quick and the hand creams are amazing.

Update: thank you Sarah for your help and great customer service. Even though I am having issues with the candles, can’t fault the other products ordered nor the after sales help :)
