Hey Michelle, thanks for leaving us a wonderful review and we're pleased you managed to shop your favourite room mist! 😃
Didn’t smell like anything
Bought herbal tea and fig leaf candles. They smelled amazing when I found them at a garden centre, and decided to purchase online. However, there’s no smell when I burned it. It has been burning for 3-4 hours, and I couldn’t smell anything. Beautiful designed packaging, but disappointing product.
Edit: Thank you so much for your prompt response via email, a great customer service team to help with my order.

Great brand!
Really pleased with my purchase from Aery and will definitely order from again. Purchased one of the smaller 140g candles as a stocking filler. Ordered on Monday evening, and arrived on Wednesday afternoon. Well packaged, and the candle smells lovely!

Hi Ekua thanks for shopping and taking the time to review us 😀
Product quality great, courier less so
For the quality of the products, I would have given 5 stars. I had to remove a star because it took over a week from notification of delivery until I received the full order. I received a message from the courier every day for a week advising delays, and when I did receive my order it did not contain all the items I had ordered. I hasten to add, however, that when I contacted Aery to advise of this, they rectified the problem immediately and sent me the item I had ordered the very same day. I have now received my full order and love the items.

Hey Roxanna thanks for a lovely review and we hope you enjoy your free gift! 😄
Horrendous packaging!
Horrendous packaging. Cork would not budge out of the top of the bottle and had to chip away at it until eventually the cork fell into the diffuser liquid and contaminated it with little fragments of cork. Had to decant the liquid into an old diffuser bottle from a different brand but unfortunately the liquid is full of little specks of cork and looks hideous. Would not recommend sadly.
