They're spamming through my website's messaging page and charged my card again after I canceled my subscription
I used their services for my guitar lesson site GuitarVoyage.com. Including the free trial week, I worked with Aerotraffic for 5 weeks. During these 5 weeks I think they got me about 10,000 visitors, BUT NO SALES (which defeats the whole purpose of paying for marketing). The lack of any conversions led me to question/doubt the claims that the traffic they send is well-targeted. The results I saw indicate otherwise. I contacted their main guy (Mike) about this, and his response was always that "he would tell his team to fine-tune the targeting." When I did not see the hoped for results, I canceled my subscription by sending a message on their website AS WELL as in an email personally to Mike. Yet, they charged my card again anyway, which really pissed me off. In this day and age of technology and membership sites, how can they not have a setup on their site where members/clients can just automatically cancel their subscription on the site? There is not even an account page where you can log into after payment, or an account to begin with. That does indeed come across as very scammy. Moreover, all the reviewers here who reported on this, are correct — I, too, receive at least 10-15 spam emails a day from them sent from the contact/email field on my guitar teaching website zotzinguitarlessons.com contact us page from randomly created fake gmail accounts. When I try to respond to any of their spam emails, Google sends me an error message that my reply could not be delivered. Think about it for a minute: how can you trust the quality of the traffic generated/sent by a marketing company whom itself engages in highly unethical spamming of their customers?? That right there should have been a red flag that should have led me to question the quality of their services. I emailed Mike questioning about the relentless daily spamming... but never heard back from them about that questionable marketing behavior/tactic. These X number of bad experiences I had (no increase in sales, no account set up, relentless time-wasting spamming, AND being charged again after cancelling ahead of time), leads me to conclude as a final verdict, that if you want to save yourself the hassle and headache... you probably should stay away from this company.
