Initial contact was by mobile phone. We were not told this and were fortunate that Ashraf was patient and waited while we searched in the arrivals hall. After that, all was very good.

The driver was very kind. She calls to monitor where we were and go inside the terminal to find us. The car was incredible. We strongly recommend the service.

Both drivers were on time

Both drivers were on time, cars were clean and we really appreciated them contacting us before the ride to let us know who is our driver. Also on our way back to the airport the driver contacted us to let us know that the traffic is bad and to leave earlier to not to be late for our flight.

The driver were punctual and polite

The driver were punctual and polite; the only criticism I have is regarding the meeting point at Heathrow Airport. Instead of writing "pick up point" I think it's more explicit to write "Cafe Nero - Southside", I would have found it immediately. Best regards.

hank you very much for your kind feedback. We’re pleased to hear that the driver was punctual and polite.

We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the Heathrow meeting point. We will review the wording and make it more specific, such as “Café Nero – Southside,” to make it easier for passengers to locate the meeting point.
