slow fulfillment and didn't receive in time for my trip, despite selecting express delivery. No customer service phone number and no way for me to generate a return label. I had to exchange numerous emails where they kept stalling and trying to get me to keep these worthless bags. Still no return label as of today

The vacuum bags saved a grand total of about 4 cubic inches in suitcase-definitely not worth the price. When trying to return, I’ve been getting the run-around. Customer service is atrocious. I do not recommend this product!

The vacuum bags are really well built. It's high quality stuff and so is the vacuum pump. Pump is efficient and looks great in that orange colour tone.

Order was shipped + delivered quickly and despite having a few miscommunication moments, the Aerless team has been prompt to respond and super helpful. Looking forward to putting the bags to use soon.

I’m extremely happy with these airless bags. The quality is excellent—durable, well-sealed, and truly airtight. The airless technology makes a huge difference, allowing you to pack significantly more clothes in the same amount of space. It’s perfect for travel.

The bags are easy to use and do a great job protecting items from air exposure, keeping everything clean, fresh, and organized. I also appreciate that they hold their shape and don’t leak or lose their seal once compressed.

Overall, these airless bags exceeded my expectations. If you’re trying to maximize space and stay organized, these are absolutely worth it.

Order was accurate and delivered promptly. Used the bags for a winter river cruise in Europe and they worked great! Compacted heavy winter coats and other bulky clothing items into much smaller packages leaving plenty of room for souvenirs in our suitcases. Bags with pump are easy to use even when packing and unpacking from multiple locations.

Delivery went super, communication and deadlines were met. Super happy with the Aerless bags, as the materials are of high quality, pump is easy to use, so as a frequent traveler I should have bought this much earlier. Worth every penny!

What a loser company. They shipped me the bags with no device to suck out the air. They ignored my emails to customer support so I’m contacting AMEX and getting a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I gave the pump and bags for Christmas gifts. They were tried out by the recipients. They did NOT work as shown on the videos. Some of the Air did come out, but they did not get flat like shown. They were not over stuffed or I would not be writing this. I wrote a review before saying I couldn’t really write a review since they were gifts.I am really rather disappointed in them. They are REALLY hard to open the first time.

I only gave it three stars, one is that it took for ever to be delivered. Two, I am unable to pull down the zippers on all bags.. waiting to hear back from customer service.Unless someone know how to open the bags?
Once I use them I will re write a review, if I can open the bags.

I am excited to use these bags on my next trip given that carry on bags are not permitted. I didn't receive my free luggage tag with my order and when I contacted Aerless they responded within hours saying they would send me the luggage tag along with a free item of my choice for the inconvenience.

Initially, I was frustrated as it took a very long time to receive my item. I have to admit it was during the holiday season. When I received the item there was a large tear on the bag. I contacted their customer service and within two hours I received a response which was genuinely appreciated. They are sending me a replacement, and I cannot say enough about the quality of their customer service. The item had to be cleared though Customs and I am reasonable to understand how an item could be damaged. How a company resolves a problem is much more important than having to wait for the item to be delivered especially during the holiday season. I cannot say enough--I truly recommend this company in light of my experience. The concept of this vacuum is excellent. I am now happy I ordered it.

Update: I received the replacement today and couldn’t be happier. Once again—I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you Aerless for your support in this manner!

I received the product (2 airbags) recently but no compressor pump as apparently I didn’t order that although I paid $106 which I thought covered it . I also received no instructions and can’t seem to open the bags with the zipper. I tried to contact the company but their
Website is blocked now? I was offered a free pump + postage if I wrote this review so that’s why I’m doing it. Otherwise the product is of no value to me. I hope they get back to me as I would really like to use the bags on my next trip.

Total misrepresentation of what we paid for. I ordered the 4 pack bags and expected the pump to come with it like all the pictures showed. It didn't. When I contacted customer service to get the pump - they said they would only send IF I wrote a review. I refused and have since been trying to return the bags only to get a website link that isn't operational. Something is really wrong with this customer. Strongly recommend you avoid, avoid, avoid.

I am rating this one star because after ordering it, I immediately realized that it was going to the wrong address. I immediately sent an email, God forbid anyone actually have customer service anymore. They told me I had to write a review. I did and thought that they would correct the address. Nope. So it actually took two weeks to get to the wrong address. Not because of being holiday season, because they didn't ship it out till over a week after I put the order in. So now my girlfriend has to send it to me and I'll reimburse her. I also ordered a separate pump, to the correct address, but for some reason I was charged twice. Got a refund for one, but still haven't gotten the pump. And again , ordered over two weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. So I have to send another email, because again you can't actually talk to someone, and figure out where my pump is. Very frustrating.
