My AED was received on 4/6/2026 in good working order without any concerns. Thank you AED.US for fulfilling your promise to deliver.
Original:
Purchased AED, extra pads and warranty on 3/19/26 after chat window conversation confirmed item was in stock and ready to ship. Caveat from agent was ‘we are upgrading location’, or similar and promised 2 week window.
At two week window I emailed company and they said ETA was 6-8 weeks ‘but you could get it sooner’.
Currently it appears they have shipped the product. Will update after receipt.

Ordered a Mystery AED on Feb 25
Ordered a Mystery AED on Feb 25, understood it would be slightly delayed as the site said anything ordered that week would have a slight processing delay (same msg is on the site weeks later). Called on March 6th to ask how long the delay would be as I still hadn’t got an email, I was told it was due to be shipped Monday (9th) on Wednesday (11th) I called back and was told it was expedited and due to be shipped that day, it still has not been shipped and I do not appreciate being lied to twice. Thank goodness I went with just the mystery AED first as I was reluctant to spend thousands on a site I had never heard of before and wanted to make sure I actually received the items I’d be purchasing.
