It makes a very welcome change for a recruitment agency to make applications easier to accomplish. Many still have you repeating form filling again and again. Well done Adzuna.

They automatically applied for roles I had missed, I was looking for the last 7 months due to redundancy, my job was looking for a job. Quite accurate with the positions applied to , a couple I was under qualified but I was rejected by the company anyway.

Irrelevant / low-quality job matches: I get far too many email alerts, and the targeting is poor. Around 80% of the emails are not what I was looking for. The platform also feels very dated, with lots of technical bugs and failed submissions. On top of that, the application flow is confusing: when you click to apply for a job, it sends you to another website, and then another one. It’s both annoying and makes the whole experience feel spammy.

Waste of time and really filling my inbox with adverts stating " new" always expired or just not there. So they advertise after the jobs gone. Avoid this you were warned

The features of the app are quite good, but unfortunately, no application has materialised into an interview.

It is really great way of applying for a job. Saved me so much time and less stressful. I recommend it.

The capability of applying to organisations on your behalf. It is a proactive approach proposed by other organisations that are preoccupied in the creation of profiles rather than the following step. 20 years to reach this understanding.

The tailored job search and AI-based answer suggestions (Prepper) have been incredibly helpful. They provide a real confidence boost by helping prepare for specific interview questions. I also found the ApplyIQ (automatic apply) feature in the UK to be a huge time-saver, keeping the focus on high-relevance roles.

Currently, it's great for the UK and other regions, but the UAE market is a logical next step for this tech.

A fantastic site/app to use if looking for a new job, it is intuitive and works for you, even applying on your behalf. Super helpful and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

All jobs listed by Adzuna are out of date. Completely wasting people’s time sending you round in circles trying to mine your personal date. The advertise NHS and healthcare jobs which can only be applied for directly via NHS or private hospital websites but don’t like through to the job or give any way of applying, they just keep trying to get you to sign up with them so they can spam you with emails about non-existent jobs.

Adzuna are very helpful when you submit your CV, they match your skills, ability and knowledge to find the best job that best fits for you, and they also apply on your behalf which makes life a bit easier as some job sites are confusing . So Thankyou Adzuna for all your help and support.

Received uninitiated emails, from this company, about 5 a day. Have never signed up and never heard of them before. I reported the emails as phishing and scam. Avoid this company.

So far my experience with Adzuna ApplyIQ has been positive. They send out multiple applications on my behalf based on criteria that have selected.
