Great service during the collection, repair and return of my vehicle, but I've been unable to contact the garage for over 3 weeks - the email and phone number listed on the website do not work! I completed the contact us form, and had confirmation that it has been received, but still no response.

Very unprofessional place still have a fault on my car after taking it to AD Williams the manger Michel said it would all be sorted out and would order the part. To now see the place has closed down and my car is still now fixed.

Very disappointed with my experience with Ad Williams. I was given misleading information and felt that I was not dealt with professionally. I expected honesty and expertise, but unfortunately, I received neither. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. I don’t believe that they are charging insurance prices and deliver worst service this type of company won’t last for long.

I received regular updates via email and both the office (phone) and pick up/drop off personnel were prompt, polite and professional. The repairs were completed and the car once returned looked good as new (complete with valet!) - would recommend

Did a good job on the panels that you resprayed but not on the middle door that you were meant to buffer.

Just collected my car from HighWycome branch, having had a paint repair carried out. I’ve been very impressed by the service provided, notably the friendly and helpful staff and the quality of the work. Particular thanks to Lorena and Michael for their reception and handling of the repair. Overall, very impressed and will return for any work I need.

My insurance chosen them
They didn’t do best job if i am completely honest , the plastic trim on front bumper was damaged needed replacing but they just sanded it (it looks good but when you touch it its not smooth and color is different )
They kept changing estimated time which is not professional
Also on last day they called and said they cant find wheel locking key which is not right they should have said it first day after investigation when they knew they need to refurb the alloys

Excellent service along with a more than suitable courtesy vehicle

They did a great job raipairing the body work of my car, Lorena was excellent at keeping me informed both before and during the repair. Excellent customer service.

Very professional,polite and prompt service

Forced to use this company through insurance after my car was crashed into whilst I was stationary.

- Told couldn’t book in for 2 weeks as had to order parts (despite only seeing pictures)

- When I dropped off, told it would take 7/8 working days as they had to order the parts

- Car returned in bad state. Obviously no QC.

- Drivers door trim hanging out. When I pointed it out, the attitude I was given I was made to feel like I was being fussy.

- Long scratch along offside rear quarter. Same attitude. Staff returned to their office and checked their photos when dropped off. Agreed if I would waste my time to come and drop it down to them for them to repair (it would only take 5 minutes). Again made to feel I was being fussy and now my time has to be wasted to fix their shoddy work.
NOT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY FOR DAMAGING MY CAR AT ANY STAGE

- Nearside rear alloy wheel scratched from their wheel gun and also chipped and scratched around the wheel. They sent their original photos which showed no damage. I sent detailed photos showing the damage and asked for them to show me on their photo where the damage was. Oddly they stopped replying at that stage.
