Advantage Gold Arvostelua

I am amazed how professional this company Advantage Gold was and is. I had a great time working with Jared Shiffman to perfect our transactions. Everything was very expedited and timely. The procedure of it all was professional. Jared took the time to explain all the procedures. He took his time to be sure I fully understood it all. The delivery was beyond perfect and timely. Jared gave me some schooling on Gold that I appreciated. Over all I rate the experience a perfect A. All in all the whole customer service was great. Even the workers and the help was a great experience. The whole service was a great experience.

I worked with Brad Lipton for my first gold and silver bullion purchase. He is very easy to work with and gave me solid recommendations. After submitting my forms for allocated storage we selected the coins together based on my budget. I'll be coming back for more purchases over the next year.

At every step you asked "Do you have any questions" an excellent approach.

Michael, my sales guy/ rep from the TPA OFFICE is absolutely a great person.

I would not be a customer save for Mike.

Thank you Mike.

Dane's customer service was outstanding! Dane assisted me through the entire on-boarding process, was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all my questions. Great job Dane! Thank you.

It was a fast informative experience (twice now) with Dane. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and help us decide what was best for us. We will be investing more with him at Advantage in the future. Thank you for the informative experiences.

I highly recommend Advantage Gold for your investment in precious metals. I had a fantastic experience with them. The staff efficiently answering all of my questions and provided prompt service. Also, their prices are very competitive.

Marcus was extremely helpful in explaining the process, the benefits of investing in precious metals, and the longer-term perspective of growth and value.

My experience with Advantage Gold has been above and beyond phenomenal! Charlie Tomas,
Patrick nelson and the clientele team are very professional! I am very grateful to have been helped each step of the process. They were able to explain in great detail when some thing had needed clarification. All the staff was amazing to work with! Thank You Adavantage Gold🇺🇲

Patrick Nelson and Andrew Jordan worked in tantum to provide the expertise to process my transactions.

The communication level was fantastic. Advantage Gold sent me materials to help educate me so that I could make informed decisions. Jarred was invaluable in terms of his knowledge and assistance.

My experience with Advantage Gold has been “Exceptional Service.” An awesome company to work with, for your precious metal purchases. I would highly recommend them, without any hesitation. Thank you, Advantage.

I've been trying to get a live person and tried every number I can but noone will answer. I'd rank customer service a zero but there's no option for that here.

Everyone is very friendly. Dane, my broker seems to take personal interest in me. also have confidence in his guidance after doing research on my own.

Dane was good in explaining the business of buying gold.

I was amazed how simple it was to work with this company. First - they really educate you in short simple easy to understand language explaining each step of the process along the way. I was interested in diversifying the metals and they gave me some great advice. The whole process took less than 20 mintues. They handled everything from transferring the money from my IRA and settling the shipping and other fees - which were so much less than I thought. Much cheaper than the fees in a brokerage account! If you have even THOUGHT about buying Gold - JUST CALL THEM. Seriously! I have been hesitating buy gold and that has cost me - but its never too late to make a good decision.

Cannot express how thankful I am with help received from Dane and Stephanie. They went out of their way to help me with a custodial issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start a self directed precious metals IRA.

I had the pleasure of working with Jose Soto. He is not only a wealth of knowledge but is also very transparent about all the ins and outs when it comes to owning gold for the first time and on an ongoing basis. He provides updates throughout the year explaining the market conditions good, bad or indifferent. I recommend him as your "gold guy" if you're looking for the "right guy".

My experience is highly positive one. I have learned so much information and facts about all coins market and their potential performance. Listed every necessary detail to go back and research if needed. I highly recommend Advantage Gold for your investment needs. Quick service with Excellent knowledge!

My AG contact, Charlie, took time to explain to me, in laymen's terms, what we were doing and why.
