Easy process and great people to explain new system. Only place I would go for a short term loan.

I was there before the rep was. She seemed unprepared and opened a few minutes late. She was nice but didn't have cash which I preferred. A loan place should have enough available cash at all times. Normally I get good service so this time it was disappointing.

When using online loan payment it takes too long to clear my loan
account, it takes over 3 days for it show loan is paid online, especially
if I need a new advance.

I like that I can pay my loan online but when I try to get another loan online I am unable to because of technical difficulties. I called but got no answer from the representative. So I had to go to the store to get the loan which is what I wanted to avoid.
