I haven't been doing business with them for very long, and I have not had any problems with them, yet. I hope that I don't, either. I also hope that if a problem does occur, that we can work things out to our mutual satisfaction. Only time will tell. For now, I am very pleased with their performance here in Opp, Alabama. A small town, with a big heart. Because the people here who are that heart, care.

I like dealing with the ladies that work there they friendly most people's want speak when you walk through the door they ladies in Opp well speak to you talk with you that what make me coming back.

The criteria used to base whether or not a person will be approved and can pay the loan back is fundamentally flawed. When I apply for a $3000 loan and I make around $1800 a month and my payment is under $300, it makes no sense that I can’t be approved for that loan. It wouldn’t be hard to payback and probably would be paid in full earlier than expected. I’m not angry so don’t be confused by my statements here. You are missing out on millions of dollars every year because people like me that could pay it back easy don’t get approved by the mathematical algorithm is flawed. It simply does not have the proper variables considered. Another thing to consider is how someone that needs to start or rebuild their credit should at least be given the opportunity to start or repair their credit. You can’t advertise that credit is not a factor when it totally is. You can’t advertise that it’s a good way to start or repair your credit when the only thing that happens when someone tries to get a loan from you is a hard inquiry that drops that persons credit score.
