From the 1st day; I felt very good about your Services and ESPECIALLY your CSR; very Professional, knowledgeable and move everyone in a timely manner; without you feeling rushed; I really love that at the time you’re there they make sure you know your options and understand; not changing any thing that was promised in person and contract; I also love the many ways you can apply and or re-apply. Now; as far as keeping with the GUIDELINES FOR OUR HEALTH DURING THIS TIME; They set a Great Example; and it’s great to see them cleaning and disinfecting the Store at all times; not disturbing the business flow.. I feel they are following the CDC training as well as Advance America training. It shows you guys are taking all precautions to HELP us to feel SAFE, and getting the BEST SERVICE we can

The staff at the local office here in Merced California are understanding courteous kind very informative. All around a pleasure to work with .
The only complaint I have is contacting A.A. on the telephone to make payments wound up with a 20 to 30 minute wait . But now with the online capabilities at hand . I’m sure that has changed.
