I had a great experience at the Kalamazoo branch today. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient when I made a mistake that would have been detrimental to my finances. Bad confusing experience
Well, I applied yesterday morning, you said I'd been approved for a loan, I didn't receive the funds & I called, the lady said why didn't you put it on my card, i asked if she could do it, however, she said id have to re apply. I did so & now im denied since re applying.
