The experience here is not like any other payday loan locations. They’re very courteous, and they make it a pleasant experience.. this is the only place that I would go to when I need extra cash.

Advance America has been a life saver…

Advance America has been a life saver for me. They treat me like a real person who is on disability with low income.
All the staff there are very pleasant & I always talk to them about my grandbabies & they listen.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Thank you for asking my opinion which I know it means alot to me & maybe others.

Excellent Customer Service

The store personnel was considerate, kind, and the customer service was very exceptional. The staff assist you with your need and thank you for coming. I highly recommend the store on Pendleton Pike.

Amazing Experience

I absolutely LOVE the ladies at Advance America!! They treat me like I’m family. I’m greeted when I walk in. They are so kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a short term loan.

Was greeted with smiling faces,and polite greeting.This was my first time getting a payday loan.She explained everything to make,to make sure I understood.She asked if I had any questions. It was such a pleasure to have someone waiting on you that Did not act like you were bothering them.Will get my pay day loans from here and only here. It was a pleasure.
