Excellent customer service always very prompt and courteous. On a personal note I witnessed one of the employees coming back from lunch with her bag of food obviously to eat and gave it to a homeless person outside the store who was in desperate need of food obviously outstanding people there

Everyone was very nice and friendly and the process was very painless.

The office was extremely packed with customers and there was only one representative working. She was a bit short, but that is to be expected when she is the only one working and trying to service a the customers and needs and personalities in the office.

I have had nothing but professional exsperian with the girls from Eustis fl. Always nice to have a backup. Thank you all.
