Great experience every time! Nice and friendly!
I have no complaints. . . The location I go to in Crestview, Florida needs no improvement. Outstanding service and the employees always make me feel good. Especially the manager, she has become my friend. I never leave there feeling belittled or sad for having to get an advance. They are always so upbeat and cheerful. I appreciate Advance America!

I hadn't gotten a pay day loan in years …
I hadn't gotten a pay day loan in years and I used to used Fast Payday Loans. The new manager there is awesome. She's fast, efficient, empathetic and friendly. She knew me by name within a few weeks. Great customer service.

Not a good experience.
Up until now, all my encounters have been pleasant and professional. This time, however, I was greeted by a rather curt, matter of fact female that never introduced herself. I have gotten loans, and paid them off in a timely manner for several months. This time I was in another state when my loan was due so I called and asked them to send my check through the bank. I did this once before and was able to prove check clearance on my phone by showing my statement to them for my next loan. This time I was very abruptly told that the phone was not acceptable and that I would have to get a copy of my statement from the bank to prove clearance. No other means was acceptable. I was offered no explanation and was made to feel that I was an intrusion in her time and work plan. I probably will not use this store again.
