The service I got was awesome. He was very nice and helpful. I was running late (so I thought) so I called and he was willing to stick around til I got there, but I made it in time. I really enjoy doing business with you guys and have told friends and family where to go in case they need a loan.

Easy time this time no long waits and very fast getting me through. Loved it may use it again sometime.

Laura was absolutely amazing!! I’ve gotten her many times when I’ve called and I really try not too compare the other CSR’s to her but I simply can’t help it!
I really feel she should be training many of the other’s that I’ve spoken too. She has such a reassuring voice and that’s the thing; she really does always know how to help me! She never hangs until without asking if she can help me in any other way. Honestly I’ve even hung up and called back so I could talk to Laura! We laugh because she’s obviously very humble as well, because when I tell her sage should be the training supervisor she giggles a little bit and tells me thank you so very much! She’s really awesome but then again I’m sure you know that!

All of the employees at Advance America were very helpful in solving my issues today. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you
