Your service clerks are always so friendly, and helpful too. But I do have to say that your new computer system that you have installed is going to be a big problem for a lot of people, even I who is partially blind myself, but even worse for even more regular clients such as my roommate for 30 years, who doesn't even know how to turn a computer one. Meaning, if and when he has to ever go borrow money from your company, and sees that computer system that he's supposed to read, and follow each step, he is going to FREAK OUT! Ha.

Believe me I know, because I have been wanting, and begging him to let me teach him about computers for 30 years, and he still has refused to even learn how to turn a computer on! I warned your clerk the other day that when my roommate comes in there to borrow money ever again, and has to deal with that new system, she better be prepared for one angry, alliterate computer man! LOL

As for myself which is what you are requesting to give my response about your company? I absolutely love your employees who not only remembers me, my roommate, but also our closest friends names too who has been coming in there for years, asking how they are doing too? Has made me feel that this job for these employees isn't just a job, but who has taken the time to get to know every single person who has come in there on a regular bases. This is important....and why I, San Harper, a 72 year old woman now, and has worked for every Oil Company, title companies, and many more companies too in my past locally as a data processor, to give those employees there in your Oildale, CA office a RAISE in pay, because they deserve it! :)
