I applied there for a title loan and one the employees working there named Kaeley helped me with the title loan application and walked me through everything. She is very helpful and is incredibly patient. I highly recommend going there if you need a loan.

The ladies at the Arcata office did…
The ladies at the Arcata office did great. Carrie tried to get me set up on the app but it wouldn’t work stating “didn’t finish.” I had tried to set it up on the app before and the internet went out due to me traveling through the hills. So when I went back in it gave me that message. She gave me a phone # to call to see if they can fix it.
