This has to be the worse non service EVER. I have been trying for months to get the help we need to resolve an issue with our account and you can't get a live person to help you. I have to give them a bad review.

Google AdSense is this time so late and bad company for Publisher, reason is the publisher policy is very very strike and hard, publisher dont have any work on site, so dont waste your time find the best site and niches and gain your goal.

I’ve been using AdSense for the past 9 months and don’t plan to switch to another network. Here’s my experience so far:

Pros:
- No contract is required.

Cons:

This platform supports a fake hotel review scam. You are are randomly contacted on Telegram messenger and invited to try it out. You "earn" around €30 the first time. Then after that you have to send money to participate to "earn" more money. The deposits you send are to a crypto account, thus you have no idea who you are sending it to? The deposits can be 3 to 4 per day and is a higher amount every time. I was asked to deposit over €610 in one day. Alarm bells rang at this, so I stopped and cut my losses. I'd advise anyone NOT to take part in this scam, you will lose your money. I read about one person who had a request to deposit over $3200 to get $10000. That is a ploy to keep you active and interested. Please do not send them your money, it will never be yours again.

When there is a problem the only person you can get hold of is someone who wants you to spend more money and literally says unless you increase your spend I cant support you. I will never use again

Google adsense is non sense , I have tried to contact customer service without any help , my adsense money got stuck or on hold by the bank , I can't even reach Google , contact form doesn't even load , and nonsense community help

Adsense policy says no matter what the domain is (.com .net .club .link). They accept all domains. But in reality it is not like that. My .link domain with high traffic didn't get approved despite many attempts. However, despite the very low traffic in the domain of .com, I got approval.

a trash that needs to be recycled. I'm using a limited company that cost money to run and worked for 4 months on a YouTube channel just to be faced with a vague answer from the support/crappy specialists and few words that means: we don't care about you and we can do whatever we want kind of message!

Che dire, mi trovavo bene poi tutto d'un tratto mi hanno bannato, non per click non validi ma secondo loro per banner posizionati in modo artificioso, cosa non vera perché con loro soni stato 5 anni, mandi ricorsi ma nulla, ti sbattono fuori e ti prelevano anche i soldi dell ultimo pagamento, non lo trovo giusto e non ci vedo serietà sopratutto non ce un contatto diretto di supporto... e tutto all osciro

My God, the website is horrible! Nothing works! I'm monetised in youtube and I can't for the life of me, figure out what it is they want from me to confirm my company's tax certificate. They reject it without providing a reason. Also their website is messed up, the links work well.

I have been a publisher since 2017, but it has become apparent that AdSense, also known as Google, is exploiting publishers. Moreover, they demonetize pages if the content published is not to their liking.

In 2024, a significant threshold was crossed. Since January, publishers worldwide have reported revenue declines of up to 90%. My partner experienced an extreme case, with a revenue drop peaking at 99%.

The statistics in AdSense and Analytics often don't align with the actual traffic. This discrepancy can result in a lower reported impression rate, consequently leading to reduced revenue for publishers.

I advise against using any ad network, such as Adsense. It's crucial to view your website as a business, and the cardinal rule is not to drive your traffic away. By displaying ads, you're doing just that, and in return, you earn mere cents. That's the valuation of your business, just a few cents, if you persist in showing ads on your site.

Additionally, removing AdSense from your site
increase its speed and open up better opportunities, such as selling direct advertisements on your site and establishing affiliate partnerships.

Don’t go anywhere near this scam. They asked to pay them to get to threshold, don’t have that sort of money to give away, not received a penny of earnings. When signed up there was no mention of paying them any money, but got sucked in to this absolute scam.

Contattare adsense é impossibile. Non esiste un sistema di recupero credenziali. Mi spiego meglio ho un blog ma adsense non mi riconosce come amministratore perché loro hanno inviato su un email che non esiste più da anni un modulo da compilare, non avendolo ricevuto (anche se prima che mi bloccassero avevo tolto l'email veccia dal sito e messo la nuova) non ho compilato. Non puoi comunicare con adsense se non sei l'amministratore e non puoi dimostrare di essere l'amministratore del sito perché non puoi comunicare con loro. L'unica cosa é il forum che é pino di gente con lo stesso mio problema e che nessuno sa risolvere.

Lazy and poor customer service. I tried to re-apply after 2 years. Had no option to update my details. All I received was a rejection of my 2-year-old application (again) with advice if I can change things they will review it. No advice on what needs changing. No reason for rejection. No support. Clearly, there is a problem and it is not with all those people posting their frustration on the Trustpilot.

It takes endless time to review the website. You lost all the traffic for waiting.
Integration with nextjs is not possible unless you have correct settings which is difficult to figure out.
After you set up everything, just a few click on the advertisement to test it and then you can get banned. Terrible company

Want to start by saying that Google is the most horrible service that has been invented by two very greedy people who are all about making money at any cost. Google has such a nice policy for Adsense, but Google itself does not at all follow the policy that they wrote themselves. There is a very horrible website that only has child pornography as a crime. Otherwise, everything else is free. And that page has lots of visitors. Visitors: money: money: google earns a lot. There are plenty of others you can collaborate with. Reputable companies usually respond here to correct their errors and shortcomings. Have you seen Google write a single comment here?
