They didn't want to help me while my matter was definitely something they should take and also rather simple. They only declined it after a quick same day review (they probably use AI) without even giving a reason. Can't say they are useful at all

They try to find every loophole they can to make your case inadmisseable!

If you’re looking for an organisation that sounds official, pretends to help consumers, and then immediately shrugs and sends you away the moment things get even slightly complicated — congratulations, you’ve found ADROIT / RGOAL LTD.

I contacted them with a clear, well-documented dispute involving Amazon EU S.à r.l. (Luxembourg) suspending my account and freezing a refund balance issued by Amazon itself. No third-party gift cards. No external purchases. Just Amazon refunding me and then demanding “gift card receipts” for a gift card that never existed.

ADROIT’s response? A masterclass in bureaucratic buck-passing:

“Amazon has many businesses”

“Payments aren’t moderation”

“We can’t adjudicate this”

“Try some other dispute centre (we don’t know which)”

In other words: not our problem, not our remit: good luck.

What makes this especially absurd is that they market themselves as DSA dispute resolution for platform decisions, including account suspensions. But the moment a platform hides behind the word “payment”, ADROIT instantly folds: even when the account suspension itself is the contested decision without valid statement of reasons as the DSA requires.

They don’t:

Investigate

Clarify obvious grey areas

Offer alternative legal interpretations

Provide statistics or transparency

Suggest meaningful next steps

They simply copy-paste a refusal and wash their hands of it.

Why even exist if you won’t touch disputes involving the largest platforms, real consumer harm, or clear power imbalance? If your entire function collapses the moment Amazon says “payments”, then you’re not dispute resolution: you’re a polite email autoresponder with a logo.

For consumers dealing with Amazon EU S.à r.l. in Luxembourg: don’t waste your time. You’ll spend effort explaining your case in good faith, only to be dismissed because it’s inconvenient to engage.

Professional-sounding, legally dressed, and functionally useless.

Avoid.
