Devela detalles curiosos y llamativos de nuestra ancestría, en algunos casos impactantes. El sistema de entrega y recogida en tiempo. La presentación de los resultados bien estructurados, con gráficas fáciles de interpretar y amigables. Lamentablemente, no encuentro la manera de descargar los informes ni gráficos (solo captura de pantalla). Ahí habría que mejorar. Solo he podido descargar el archivo RAW (data en crudo) que no es interpretable por el usuario.

Cometi un grave error
Sinceramente, esta inversión no vale la pena. Chequen los servicios de otras empresas y se darán cuenta de que nos vieron la cara en esta. Los reportes tienen información que usted obtendría en otro lugar por un precio inferior y más completa, y en temas de ascendencia, déjeme decirle que esto es una estafa. Mi línea paterna es española, verificada y conocida al 100% entre mis parientes, y aún así, dice que no concuerda con los grupos étnicos de la península ibérica, solo para darles un ejemplo... ¡Y ojo!, no devuelven el dinero. Voy a consultar con la Superintendencia de mi país y con el Better Business Bureau para saber qué pueden hacer por mí como consumidor. Si puedo demandarlos, lo haré. Finalmente, tengo el tiempo para hacerlo.

Una inversión que vale la pena
Los informes son muy interesantes, pero el asesoramiento sobre nutrigenética de Marta ha sido espectacular.
Marta lo explica todo muy bien y hace que seguir sus pautas sea realmente fácil.
He aprendido a cuidar mejor mi dieta, a darme caprichos saludables y a disfrutar cuidándome.
Resultado: pérdida de peso y mejora de la hipertensión.
Un dinero muy bien invertido, sin duda.

Adntro has been the most captivating, forthcoming and comprehensive genotyping/genome sequencing website I've ever had the privilege to become acquainted with. What I've enjoyed most is the fact that they allowed for me to upload my previously extracted raw data that was done thru myheritage. I paid ADNTRO a mere fraction of what myheritage charged me for their services and yet they have provided more insight into myself than I could've ever discovered using any other service available. They don't just tell you your heritage, they delve even deeper into what makes you tick, uncovering susceptibilities and personality traits. They have kept me engaged going on almost 3 years here pretty soon and will continue to keep me coming back because they are ever evolving. This is the most interesting website I've ever visited because they know ME better than I DO. I'd give them 500 stars if I could.

February 10 2025 I got this email today and if you delete my sample from your company which I paid for a year ago I will report you to the better business bureau. I don't care if you don't update it but you best not delete it! I didn't see an update the whole year I have been a member my ethnicity did not change once like most companies that have updates. In the email they told me If you choose not to renew your subscription, your sample may be deleted. Storing and custody of DNA samples on secure servers involves a cost for us. Therefore, samples belonging to inactive accounts will be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

After this initial 12-month period, we encourage you to remain part of the ADNTRO community by subscribing to one of our plans. This ensures continued access to your results, new features, and personalized recommendations based on the latest genetic discoveries. Your subscription also helps fund ongoing updates, the expansion of DNA studies, the development of new reports, and overall improvements to our platform.
We understand that not all customers wish to maintain a subscription, which is why we send an email notification before any changes occur. This email serves as a reminder so that you can make an informed decision—whether to renew your access or download your results and genetic RAW file before the account transitions to a more limited mode.

We do offer a free upload to review your ancestry with an admixture report developed in collaboration with the University of Texas @ Tyler.
We do ask for payment if you want to see other results (other ancestry estimates, nutrition, health, pharma and so on) and we are clear about it, since you can upload your results by paying righ away.
We are an honest company. In any case, we will review the information we provide, but we clearly say "Get started for free and Unlock whenever you want!

Very happy with the service
At first, I was a bit hesitant about undergoing a DNA test, but my curiosity about understanding my behaviour, particularly in relation to nutrition and health, led me to choose ADNTRO. The overall price appeared reasonable for the services offered, and the results turned out to be incredibly insightful.
I encountered some issues with the courier service, and unfortunately, my kit couldn't be analysed. Upon reaching out to ADNTRO, their customer service immediately stepped in and took charge of the situation. They kept me well-informed throughout the process and presented various solutions to address the problem. Their team was not only friendly but also highly competent, swiftly resolving the issue. Nada recomendable
Hicimos la prueba entre varios miembros de la familia, entre ellos yo y mi hijo. Primero nos llegaron los resultados uno por semana, aunque hayamos enviado todo juntos. Para descargar los resultados hay que ir página por página, que no es nada cómodo. Tus resultados mantienen solo un año, después si quieres ver las actualizaciones hay que pagar otros 99 euros. Si quieres ver los resultados en inglés, sale una mezcla entre ingles e español, es muy mejorable… Pero lo peor del todo son los resultados en sí. Teniendo en cuenta que yo y mi hijo compartimos 50% de ADN, nuestros resultados no pueden ser confiables, porque según ellos compartimos solamente un 4-5%.
En fin, fue una malísima experiencia en todos los aspectos. Vamos a repetirlo con otra empresa con una base de datos más completos.

Nuestro laboratorio procesa las muestras por lotes y, en ocasiones, algunas muestras se quedan al final de un lote y otras al inicio del siguiente, lo que puede llevar a la entrega escalonada de los resultados. Reconocemos que esto no es lo ideal y estamos trabajando activamente para mejorar nuestros procesos y asegurar resultados más sincronizados en el futuro.
Esperamos tener la oportunidad de ofrecerte un mejor servicio en el futuro.
