I used to go in Admiral in Bolton but stop. Something changed, you could get the scatter feature but for some reason there is not any winning sequence. Which we all know is impossible. It's a big con, we all know the bank is never at a loss. But things like this goes to prove you are being robbed. Just give it up if you can ...there all the same.

Allowed me to play and gamble whilst been self-excluded, I have already informed the gambling commission about their practice it’s disgusting

Percentage is terrible putting hundreds of pounds in without any nudges, light up, or win in which I find impossible has I've played these bar x machines for years so I know how they play and I'm telling uou that the percentage is wrong all they do is just take take putting hundreds in with any light up , nudges or straight wins it just want to tk ya money .

But after reading it it's all very very TRUE !!!. Here is my opinion:
The place is by far the worst admiral IV ever been to and IV visited loads. The staff are beyond unprofessional.
Rules are broken consistently.
A machine is held everyday 24 hours a day for one customer.
This is against the admiral rules.
The staff break private and confidentiality rules on a daily basis.
They talk about customers to other customers.
Then they tell the customers about the staffs very personal business.
It's a horrible place. Prime example a customer told me why iv been banned not the company. Because they heard staff members talking about me typical.
I'm not the first either !!!
I have been spoken to like utter rubbish in there by a new member of staff twice it's unacceptable behaviour but as per usual nothing will be done about it.
I personally stopped going in myself due to these reasons. But to be banned with no proof is ridiculous.
Now you have a reason to ban me ? A review that I actually wrote !!! Jinder !!!
Would love to tell HR the rest of the information about this shop.
If I went into depth I would be here all day.!!!

Sacking people for match plays but not for Drug use racial abuse and breaking confidentiality rules is beyond me. !!

Staff have been told to ignore problem Gamblers and customers who are at risk of harm, no social interaction as long as you keep putting £££s in the machines you can spend several hours here and none of the staff will intervene, spending several hours in here should suggest a customer is at risk of harm, I've informed the Gambling Commission

My experience is the casino and the staff is really good and good to visit really.

Rng my ass, 10p is 100% gonna make me want to deposit my hard earned money into this scam site, these apps all work together from what I’ve noticed, I got a hefty sign up bonus a year ago when joining one of them, I recently got back into these games and they all scam ya, if you want to gamble get into crypto there’s it’s actually not rigged since it’s not controlled by some curupt company

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of a staff member, Violetta, at Admiral Casino Croydon, and to request clarification and reinstatement following what I believe to be an unjust ban from the premises.

Recently, I won a tournament at the casino. Following my win, Violetta told me directly that I did not deserve to win and that other people should have been the winners instead. I found this statement deeply unprofessional and offensive, and I felt it may have been racially targeted. Such remarks are unacceptable, especially from a staff member in a customer-facing role, and caused me to feel disrespected and unwelcome.

In addition, I have now been informed that I am banned from entering the casino. The reason given was that I was allegedly playing roulette; however, I do not play roulette and have never engaged in that game. This leads me to believe that my ban may be influenced by personal bias from Violetta, as there has been ongoing tension and I feel she has been seeking reasons to remove me from the premises.

I am requesting:
1. A full investigation into this incident and Violetta’s conduct.
2. A clear written explanation of why I have been banned.
3. Immediate reinstatement of my right to enter Admiral Casino Croydon if no valid reason for the ban can be substantiated.

I trust that Admiral Casino takes complaints of discrimination, unprofessional behaviour, and unfair treatment seriously. I would appreciate a prompt written response outlining the findings of your investigation and the next steps.
