Fabulous service, disappointing product

The service was tremendous; friendly, helpful, co-operative. The ring itself is a disappointment; the band is no thicker than a slim earring, and while it was indeed described as "dainty" the pic clearly had a lot of magnification.

We always add pictures on hand, so customers can have a good idea about the size + your ring actually includes band width & also weight information as well (in the description) - but I understand we can sometimes still have different expectations :) So in these cases, please know customers can always contact us about return options within their return window as well :)

The product had a good price for gold and blue sapphire and the transport delivery was fast!
