First of all Adina Stone's jewelry and designs are excellent, made with quality materials. The costs are
fair and if a piece is a bit out of your budget, she works with you and gives you payment options. She truly wants you to enjoy your jewelry choice. But most of all she wants you to be happy in all aspects of the process, including delivery. My story: I bought a beautiful pearl ring. Adina crafted it and sent it off for delivery with tracking. Well it made it all the way to the local post office but something in the tracking number kept it from being delivered to my address. The post office sent it back to sender. I notified Adina what happened and she quickly contacted me. She's in the process of making the ring again and will be sending it back to me, even before receiving the returned ring! This is real customer service!! I eagerly await it's arrival.

My order was supposed to be delivered on April 7th, but it was sent back to sender because of incomplete address, so I have no idea when I will receive it now.
