I purchased a ring and it arrived dented, scratched, and with a random stone (like clay or something) jammed into one of the clasps. I’ve contacted the store multiple times for a return and refund but haven’t had any success. Really disappointed with both the quality and the customer service.

I thought I was order dangly studs. I have a stretched too much ear lobes and the earrings are like heavier hoops with nothing like a backing to hold them in place. I can't wear them and don't quite know what to do. They are beautiful but I can't wear them.

I purchased a beautiful set which includes pearl earrings and a ring.. the quality and lustre is lovely … I would suggest when ordering that you purchase the set together natural pearls can vary in colour … I ordered mine separately and there was a distinct different in the shade I contacted Adina and this was rectified within hours of forwarding a photo I now have a perfect match and could not be happier with the my jewellery

The craftsmanship of Adina’s art is impeccable.

Bought a few rings they are absolutely great though I have had some issues with some, mostly stuff that comes with buying online, size or not quite as expected but Adina has always been great at sorting them out for me and I’d say went the extra with making sure I’m happy with the ring.

Like all things from Adina and crew my last piece is gorgeous and I love it. I have lived in it since it came which was quick.
