Adh Fishing Arvostelua 

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt bei einer Reklamation, für die ADH nichts konnte (versiegelte Originalverpackung mit leichter Beschädigung des Inhalts). Schnellere Rückmeldung und Ersatzlieferung geht nicht, vielen Dank für den sehr guten Service!

Hatte die falsche Rute geschickt und konnte danach nicht die ursprunglich bestellte Rute liefern. Ich musste ja denoch Zeit am Postamt zu fahren und die Rute zurück zu schicken verbringen.

Gewährleistungspflicht für eine Rute wurde ohne Beweise und mit Verweis(der aber nicht vorgelegt wurde) auf Hersteller abgelehnt. Habe den Hersteller direkt kontaktiert und dieser hat den Materialfehler an der Rute bestätigt.
Hab ADH damit konfrontiert, aber eine Reaktion darauf kam nicht.

Bisher kamen alle Bestellungen zeitnah und gut verpackt an. Mit der Qualität der Produkte bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Zudem wurde mir sehr schnell und freundlich geholfen, als ein Rutenteil kaputt gegangen ist. Dementsprechend bin ich mit dem Kundenservice, der Lieferung und der Kundenkommunikation absolut zufrieden.

Je trouve ce comportement inadmissible.
Je vous conseille grandement d'aller voir ailleurs, ce site se moque complètement de ses clients, je ne vais pas manquer de leur faire de la publicité via forum, réseaux pêche.
Un seul mot, fuyez !

Extensive catalog, fast delivery customer service lacking

Sehr schneller Versand und sehr faire Preise! Ich habe die Rute leider nicht aus dem Futeral herausbekommen, telefonisch habe ich dann Tipps bekommen, wie es klappen könnte und im Worst Case wurde mir ein Umtausch angeboten. Ich habe die Rute mit den Tipps dann rausbekommen. Vielen Dank euch nochmal!

Unglaublich. Ich hatte am 21.12.2025 24.12.2025 eine Bestellung aufgeben. Die erste Bestellung hatte ich kurz darauf storniert, musste aber meinem Geld bzw. der Rückerstattung wochenlang hinterher rennen. Von alleine tut sich da nichts beim Kundenservice. Meine zweite Bestellung musste angeblich noch beim Lieferanten bestellt werden, da warte ich jetzt seit drei Wochen auf einen Versand der Ware an mich. Ohne meine Nachfrage hätte ich die Details gar nicht erfahren, richtig schlechter Kundenservice. Die Bestellung habe ich nun auch storniert, mal schauen wie lange ich dieses Mal meinem Geld hinterher rennen darf. Nie wieder kaufe ich bei Adh-Fishing und jedem, der diese Bewertung liest, würde ich dasselbe raten.

Ein Teil zu groß gekauft - Support unfassbar schnell, und unfassbar gut !

i wouldn't give 1-star because i'm long time customer, and bought many fishing gear from them. It's the best fly fishing shop in Europe, judging by extensive gear catalog, and often have seasonal discounts (you can buy branded rod/reel with 20-40% discount, if timing is right). That's a good side. Bad side is that customer support is super-slow to respond, and hard to reach, almost non-existent. I claimed a warranty case because new fly rod had a flaw, and cannot be used from first day. Instead of quick help (just allow me to send the faulty rod back to the shop, and exchange to another one), they playing "email football" with me, responding to emails once in 15 days or so, and suggesting other options which don't work. More than 4 weeks passed since purchase and problem not solved

Material ist nie angekommen. Sehr zäher Kontakt zur Klärung über den Verbleib. Wortlos Geld zurück anstatt Ersatz zu senden

Really good product for a very competitive price. They also included a very nice trout mouse pad as a gift. Came very quickly, and the product is exactly as promised. Only positive things to say.

Dear fly fishermen, please be very careful with this site, customer service does not exist basically, and if something goes wrong, you will be on your own!
I ordered a rod (plus a number of other items), a new Winston rod, a previous generation, which was on sale. After some time, I received an email that the rod had issues (the bottom cap was scratched a lot), and they offered me a bigger discount, as this was the only one they had in store. After some communication, I agreed and even ordered more items. And then they vanished, no communication whatsoever. I tried to call their phone, but every time there was no one to pick up, and the system advised me to send an email and hang up. I sent a few emails, no response.. Such a bizarre way to treat any customer. I did make a bank transfer for my order, I am hoping I will get my money back at least, after waiting for a month for the order to be shipped, even though they claimed they have everything in stock... We shall see...

I live in Canada and didn't know anything about this shop. I bought accessories for my Skotti BBQ and could not be happier. The shop has fair pricing including shipping, and have good communication. The transaction went smoothly and I cannot recommend them enough. Very positive experience.

Shocking customer service.
Beware, while they have a good product selection, if something goes wrong with your order, you will be in trouble!! I received two damaged products, and despite sending numerous emails, I keep getting ignored, except for one email that has explained nothing. I sent the two products back, but I've no idea what will happen next. If they will refund my money, send me replacements or continue to ignore me. I am just hoping something will happen at some stage...
