Adgrow Arvostelua 

I had a very bad experience with Adgrow / getle.ad.

After paying €9.90 for a “lifetime” plan, I was never able to access the service. The dashboard link returns errors, and logging in simply redirects back to a payment page. In practice, the service is completely unusable.

Despite this, support claims the service is “active and available” and refuses to issue a refund. This is simply not true — I have never been able to access anything.

There is also no working way to manage or cancel the subscription from inside the platform, as they claim.

In my opinion, this is extremely misleading and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service.

I have documented everything (errors, login issues, screenshots) and will proceed with a chargeback.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing anything from Adgrow / getle.ad.

Se o seu objetivo é maximizar os resultados dos anúncios com o mínimo de esforço manual e agilidade, o Adgrow é simplesmente imbatível. A inteligência artificial embutida faz o trabalho pesado por você — analisando, se adaptando, testando e otimizando sem interrupções.

Recomendo de olhos fechados — é realmente bom demais! Não é exagero quando digo que é a melhor app para ads que testei até hoje. Se você quer resultados, praticidade e ROI real, essa é a escolha certa.

The most frustrating support ever. Also very misleading as the lifetime access has nothing in it, all promised features are not there. The support team really doesn't care as there are no respones to emails for weeks. My account still shows that I can't do anything that was promised and no one helps. It's an "empty box".

I purchased AdGrow’s lifetime access with high expectations, especially based on the features shown in their promotional videos. Unfortunately, the reality has been extremely disappointing.

I’m currently limited to just 2 image generations per month, even though I paid extra for Pro features that were never activated on my account. Many of the tools that influenced my decision—like token-based analysis, AI content generation, and API access—are now either missing or completely removed from the dashboard.

Worse, the support team has been completely unresponsive. I’ve emailed multiple times over the past few weeks and have yet to receive a single reply. There’s no clear way to access the promised API key either, and I’m now stuck with a stripped-down platform that only allows campaign generation.

It feels misleading to promote outdated dashboards and features to attract new customers while removing core functionalities from paying users. Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any SaaS product.

AdGrow needs to step up—honor what was promised, restore missing features, and most importantly, respond to your users.
