If i could give them a 0 i would. Its been about a month and i still havent recieved my custom ring. Not only did i pay extra to get it shipped faster but this company has the guts to play w peoples grief. And just wanting to have a memory of your loved one and they literally are such a scam. I wish i would have done my research on this site. My tracking number doesnt even exist and i tried so many diff carriers and tracking online and no such luck , they are taking your money with out your knowledge!!!

Ordered this on 9/22 and today is 11/11 and it never arrived. Do not order. This website is a scam.

Purchased the silver heart ring to put my dad’s picture on but the picture is so dark you can’t even tell there are people in the picture it looks like a black spot. I’ve emailed them back and forth and they want to offer me $6 which I refused because this is a memorial ring and the picture I sent was clearly well lit. Needless to say I’m stuck with a product I can never wear because I would have to explain it all day.

Order placed in November and still not received . Appalling tracking details and despite repeat chasing they are unable or unwilling to confirm who the carrier is . Each time i chase they ask me to wait another few days . This is definitely a scam

I received the shipping notification September 29 but I’ve been waiting and still nothing. The tracking updates every 6-7 days and last updated 10/26. Definitely wish I’d seen these reviews first. 😩 Glad I’m only out $40 but this was definitely a lesson learned. This company is a scam so buy at your own risk.

Ik heb in april oorbellen besteld en deze nog steeds niet aangekregen. Na verschillende mails, kreeg ik te horen dat ze klaarliggen in een depot in Mechelen. Dit ook al 2 maanden. Op mijn voortsel ze daar op te halen , geen reactie meer. Pure oplichting !

Folks, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS of this company. I wish I had before making my purchase the end of April. I have still not received my earrings and since May 31, they've been sitting in Cleveland (of all places). This company is a scam!
