Adent.io Arvostelua

Communication via email with the company was fast and reliable. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. They were very responsive and followed up quickly. I am very happy with the service and product.

The support of the team at Adent.io has been remarkable. Becoming a site owner from my previous career is probably one of the hardest tasks of ever undertaking. This company has been here every time to help me, fix what I've crashed without complaint.
I would recommend this company and its support team a hundred times over.

Excellent Service! Adent is very helpful and responsive with support services.

There should be no stars. This is a scam a big elaborate scam. I was told that this would be easy and I needed nothing to download and they did this and that. I was told that i was paying extra for models and what they did was make an affiliate site for themselves. I was paying for the xcams site. I still have yet to log into the server for the xcams. I started this in october and I finally moved my site to another host because the hosting company and adent are in cohorts. Another guy said it best they cover their tracks. Karmas a-------- you sorry pos.

I can’t say enough positive things about Adent ! They’re truly the best in the industry ! Professional, reliable , affordable, great software, great working relationship, Nathan is amazing ! I couldn’t have done this without them !!!! Thank you to the entire team ! Best decision I’ve ever made !

I bought the Xmarketplace service through Adent and as someone who's never used wordpress to create a site their API was very helpful as a guide. However upon working on the site for around 2 weeks they had to redesign it after payment gateways ect where giving issues. It was abit frustrating waiting 2 months however the results in the end where well worth it as the new API was beautiful and i'm grateful in the end for it as it gave me time to learn wordpress site editing and plugins ect so when the time came for me to customize my site with the new API I knew what I was doing. Their service over email was as good as email gets (not my favorite form of support as its hard when you don't get an instant response that you can rebuttal if you have more questions) but then I found their skype support and this was amazing, any questions I had they answered (even when said question was something small/stupid in the end as I was new to wordpress.) Sam was extremely patient and kind (even when I interrupted his meetings with spontaneous skype calls to ask questions that in hind sight I probably could've googled.) For the price you pay the product and service you get is well worth it in the end I have no regrets signing up with this service.

Did a great job on the cam feed and very nicely done. Delivered on time. Understanding of the need of customers and support is very good. Great experience with Sam and his crew.

Very easy to use, no technical skill needed, they will handle it. Service is very good, they always response quickly and help you to solve problems.

We have worked with Adent on a few projects now and they have always been delivered on time and to the cost that was quoted. The team listened to our requirements and made sure that they delivered what we wanted. Looking forward to working on more projects in the future!

Sam was really patient with me and listened to me whenever I asked him something. He did not rush to explain anything, and he is really considerate of you. He is a really great guy I would not hesitate to ask him about anything in the future.

I work now for 2 years with adent.io and i did a lot with different developers so i understand coding. Iam not a easy customer but business relationship is a big trust and needs understanding in peoples work and respect each other. And also on every business where people work you have sometimes issues mistakes. after this period of working with them iam very happy to call them my team. i really can say give them time to make you satisfied and happy. The job what they do is very hard as i know from my experience. And NOOOO! This is not a fake review. To some bad reviews i wanna say: To say as i see something with virus is not true or to advertise an other script from other company, its not polite. Iam happy a lot of other people understand the Job that adent.io is doing. To the bad reviewers: You don't understand! Feel free to reach out to me I've you have questions.

Adent has helped me so much after my purchase, they have answered my many questions and just been a fantastic help. They offer customization to their products and I wish I went with them

I emailed them on creating a custom site. When it comes time to start developing and payment, they just ghosted me. These guys are not trustworthy. Most of their reviews are fake. Use Mechbunny instead for site scripts.

Great communication and fast response time within all departments. Quick turnaround time in getting my website and and running.

I recently purchased the xcam website from adent.io and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with my experience. The website works great and is just what I was looking for. But what really sets adent.io apart is their incredible customer support. Every time I had a question or issue, the support team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and had everything I needed to get started.

Overall, I highly recommend adent.io to anyone looking to purchase a website. The quality of their products is excellent, and their customer service is truly outstanding. If you want a hassle-free buying experience with top-notch support, adent.io is the way to go. Five stars all around!

Sam and the Adent team have gone above and beyond my expectations. I purchased xmarketplace and after they installed their website package and I was informed by Sam that in a few days they would be launching a new version. A week later they installed the new version free of charge, they did have some issues with the server side and I’m glad I went with M3 Server as they were about to take care of every little issue. Very happy with the service and Sam is always there to help, totally recommend Sam and the team.

Adent are the best in the business. Not only are their scripts that they offer super customizable but the cost of what you get for them are an absolute steal. The team are extremely helpful and I couldn't have wish for a better experience with them. Trust me the work they do to get your website just the way you need it to be, you'll never get from anyother company. I wish I could write more but I'd go on for the whole day. In short, Adent is the best adult script development company you can get. When you make your purchase I promise you won't regret.

The Team at Adent has been great thus far...Everything I have asked for, whether it be a change to my site or fixing certain things, they have been very helpful. The team as a whole have a great positive attitude. I have been working with Nathan to assist with my queries and he has been the best. Always willing to step in and assist were needed and great at delegating the task needed at hand.
