We stand by our review and the facts of…
We stand by our review and the facts of our experience.
The issue remains simple: the project was committed as a 5-week Zoho implementation. We provided the system architecture, scope, documentation, and attended weekly review calls. After more than 6 weeks, even basic foundational work was incomplete, including field setup, automations, and coding progress.
If there were genuine blockers, they should have been formally documented, escalated, and managed during the project. Instead, delivery remained unclear while payment follow-ups continued.
We also attempted to reach leadership to resolve the matter amicably before posting our review.
After our review was posted, your team reached out offering a settlement on the condition that we remove our reviews. We do not believe an honest client review should be treated as something to negotiate away. We have the right to share our genuine experience, provided it is factual and fair.
We have also noticed suspicious reviews appearing on our Google profile, including reviews linked to relatives/associates of your team. This is extremely concerning.
Our review was not written to intimidate anyone. It was written to share our real experience as a client.
Future clients should be cautious and ensure that:
* The actual delivery team is involved before signing
* Milestones are clearly defined in writing
* Sales and execution teams are aligned
* Payments are released only against verified delivery
* All communication and blockers are formally documented
