SolAire Heating Arvostelua 

I've been heating my flat with Adax heaters for over one year now and I'm really happy with their performance.
It is especially convenient that they can be linked to their app and connected to Alexa.
When I first tried to connect the heaters to their app I struggled with the procedure and the customer service delivered a new control panel within 24 hours that instantly allowed me to complete the conection.
Recently, though, I had a technical issue with their app and lost the connection to Alexa. Luke from Adax customer service was extremely helpful, thorough and attentive to my requests, providing outstanding service, detailed explanation regarding the issue and eventually accurate and precise instructions to fix the problem.
Very happy with their assistance.

Dreadful experience. Refitted entire house with these. 7 rads in total. During first 3 months, all but one dropped wifi connection then 3 continued to drop regularly. One died completely and another remains impossible to connect to wifi. The thermostats are poor - reading the temp. very close to the installation which means means that the heaters cut power before reaching the desired setting so in effect the rooms never warm up, therfore the rads are on virtually continuously. Instead of getting to the required temp then cutting back. Exceptionally costly to run. The heat output is poor. I would strongly advise against these.

I reviewed an Adax Neo manually programmed radiatior a couple of weeks ago, then decided to try the wifi version for comparison. I was surprised how easy to set up the wifi was. I declined to read the 90 page manual and went straight to the app, which turned out to be very easy. There are ios and android apps, but don't use the Windows one as it is not so good. There was no issue connecting to the router, apparently the app found the 2.5Ghz channel straight away and it set the time and temperature program for each day, which is probably all most people want. I'm sure there are lots of other features, but if it heats the room that's all I need. So yes, I shall be using the wifi system for the whole house in due course.

Excellent Customer Service. My heater broke and I emailed them 9pm at night telling them this. My 9am one was in the post - overnight delivery - free of charge. It was great that they were so willing to sort the issue out and dealt with it very efficiently.

I wouldn't buy these heaters. App set up is terrible and not easy to use. The user experience is poor.
The heaters themselves aren't great at all, don't give off much heat at all.
Regarding the customer service at solairehp.co.uk and adax-solaire.co.uk , as a journalist I'm always interested to see customer support from brands, and hate to say it but not great either - their first email to me was to ask for photos, which I sent. Their 2nd email said I had voided the guarantee. I would avoid at all costs!

We bought the Neo radiators and wireless controller five years ago. The system has worked well but a few days ago one of the radiators went wrong. The Solaire support team responded immediately and sent out a replacement for the next day. Truly outstanding customer services. I highly recommend this company and its products.

Heater failed on day delivered contacted Solair, Luke, and a replacement arrived the next day. All this was done without fuss.

Excellent service. Our heater broke more than 4 and a half years after we bought it. It had a 5 year warranty. A new one arrived within two days of sending a few pictures of the issue it had. The heater was great and so is the new one they sent us.

Ordered several times for work, from this company and find the customer service and next day delivery very useful.
