Very helpful customer service team

After signing up to their website by accident, as a result of an online promotion via another website, they kindly helped me and repaid me the re-subscription fee that had occurred (as a result of their wk 2 wk cancellation period) which i really appreciated.

I just want my money back nothing else to do with yr company..how come this account wz closed bt u keep getting money which I don't even get anything from u people.. the is no shop in my country which allows this

An absolute scam.

They refuse to delete my data. They have been saying since the 27th of June my data would have been deleted in 14 days. Still hasn't! They do not answer to my questions. Absolute disgrace.

Support was helpful.

I asked for them to delete my data according to GDPR regulations. Has been a month and they have not delete my data, even though they said they would have deleted them in 14 days!
This is illegal.

Edit: this has not been done still and my request has been escalated to authorities.

The staff is very accommodating specially Claire who assisted me regarding my concerns since I accidentally subscribed their website.

Thanks for the support.

I was unaware of the tipe of company but they help quickly to cancel. Customer support are good.
