AVOID. Ordered a platform valance (description said it was 40cm drop) but when it arrived it was only 33cm. I emailed to tell them, they wanted photos, which were sent. I was offered 20% discount but i said i would send back and expect a full refund because it wasnt fit for purpose. Didnt hear anything from that request. It was sent back by hermes on 25th sept and i still have not received a refund.

Terrible, wrong colour duvet set and no returns slip in the package. No stars really.

I returned the duvet cover I purchased as it was 100% polyester (described as microfibre) for the same price as a cotton duvet cover. The pattern was exactly what I wanted so was a little disappointed.

Not the greatest of experiences for our first order goods were dispatched late, then a late delivery notice from the courier followed by a lost parcel notification. Gave up at that point.

The reversible bedspread colour received (Teal / Fuchsia) resembled nothing like the picture online.

I ordered something that ended up being out of stock because it was faulty, but they kindly and easily offered a full refund, I would trust adam home!

It's been 6 working days and I still haven't received my order.
And yet they email me to give a rating for something a purchase I haven't received.
Tried calling the phone but no answer.
