Missing bank information
Despite repeated requests, ACYMailing simply fails to provide the account details for the "Bank transfer" payment method on its website. You can select this payment method, but then you can't get any further, because nowhere on the website can you find the necessary information about the account details. It is completely incomprehensible to me why this essential information is not given there. I first had to request it from the company. I then received it, but it can't be true that everyone who chooses this payment method has to request the account details via a complicated e-mail enquiry. Very customer-unfriendly! Even my renewed request to finally put this information on the website is still being ignored. I have just checked this again.

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear that your experience was unsatisfactory. However, as mentioned in the support tickets, bank details are available on the order confirmation page. Have a nice day!
