Acupeo Failure
The machine is poorly designed. It doesn’t help my neck pain in fact, I found it painful to use. I tried to return it but they rudely refuse to provide return details, quoting their terms and conditions. I pointed out these terms do not affect my statutory rights but they refuse to engage.
Don’t waste your money on this useless product, it is a scam.
