Acton Service Centre Arvostelua 

I return to Acton Service Centre every year for routine servicing and on this occasion for a problem with the turn indicators. As always, polite, friendly and a greta response to the problem which was solved efficiently. A great company.

Used for my MOT (3rd time), easy booking and very prompt and efficient service. All good.

Full service for an Audi. Booking the car in was a simple task, the owners assessed the car and sent me an itemised list of the estimated costs and advisories prior to commencing the service. Very transparent with no potential for last minute 'shock' repairs and costs. I have trusted ASC with my car for years and will continue to do so. I suggest you have a chat with them before looking elsewhere.

DONT BUY FROM ASC CARS, Baught a ford focus ztech 1.8 for 1600+200 deposit, 2 days after having the car the oil light came on, had to put almost 4 litres in and the car started burning oil and blue smoke out the exhaust, the day after that the oil dropped again below the low mark so obviously was sold a miss presented car, they would not come get the car from my address and wanted me to drive it 255 miles to them, it broke down on me once also only had it a week. My 30 day warranty on majour mechanical had a no refund on deposit in any circumstances £200 and a re advertisement fee of another £200, he then charged me £200 for meeting me half way to take the vehicle of me for a 1200 refund but as the car broke down on the day of retuning it he then said he wouldn't come get the car from my address unless he had another £200 so after saving all year for the initial 1800 I had a car for 3 days and lost £800, poor service seen as I was entitled to a full refund under the consumers rights act, even tho I got a £1000 pound refund the car should never have been sold in that condition, he said he drove it 255 miles to me and in the eavning so must have gone through a engine full of oil for it to be empty a couple days of me purchasing it.

Don't know if it was the lack of luck or if this is how they work, but I booked in my car for an MOT, they upsold me the replacement of some parts which were used, to which I agreed and then, when I got my car back, the orage engine failure light was on (and obviously wasn't when I dropped the vehicle). So not cool...
Eventually, they kept the car a few days more. I don't what they did to it but it doesn't have the orange light on anymore. But not a good experience.

Great service. I come here regularly and the guys never disappoint!

Utterly useless garage I stopped using in December 2022 unable to diagnose what was causing my audi to cut out, they installed a new clutch, new battery, new sparks... two days after its very expensive service and mot it was in an accident caused by the fault they couldn't diagnose. In the space of 2 months I spent over £1500 here , a complete waste of money.

I go to Acton Service Centre because they are good people to do business with. They look after my SEAT Alhambra and ensure that it is safe and reliable. They fix what needs fixing and do not invent unnecessary jobs. They are pleasant, efficient and trustworthy. What more could you ask for?

The guys from the Acton Service Centre are absolutely brilliant and usually know with what they are dealing in a matter of minutes… just by hearing the sound of the engine or by smelling it; they don’t need even to open the bonnet. Definitely my 1st choice when it comes to anything related to my car. For over 3 years, since I found them, all may cars were having their checks, service or major mechanical issues, solved by the team.

A quick mot after wing mirror was replace at a reduced price compared to a quote from BMW . Not my regular garage but worth remembering and would recommend this garage

I arrived at the garage tearful as I had accompanied my grandson on driving practice prior to his driving test which was in a few days time and he had knocked the side view mirror off which was dangling by a wire onto my side door. We were in my old Mercedes A Class and he is at university so gets little chance to practice. The ASC reception gentleman immediately looked into the problem and told me to bring it in later that day. When I returned after their inspection they had managed to fix the mirror back into the correct position. What a relief. I then noticed when parked outside my home that a yellow warning sign had popped up briefly and looking into my car documents discovered that the MOT expired one day after the driving test! Mercedes had not reminded us as they had usually done of the MOT expiry and they could not do anything to help for a week. Back I went to ASC they booked a preliminary inspection and MOT in a few days time and it passed. The grandson failed sadly. He was told he was a good driver but made a mess of reversing in a busy car park. ASC had passed with flying colours though. Thankyou for saving my day at least!
