Great club, happy kids, limited hours
Both our son and daughter enjoy attending ActiveMe 360 in the holidays and have done so each holiday for the past year. There's a good range of activities, our children are always happy to go and come home happy and usually, very tired. The admin side is well run and any queries we've had have been handled quickly and efficiently.
Our only negative feedback is that as they no longer offer an extended day until 5pm but stop at 3pm we are sadly unable to continue to use to cover our longer work days so can only now use on an hoc basis. Bar this, we've found the club brilliant and also the location is very convenient.

Fun summer holiday club
Both boys enjoyed their days at this holiday club, taking part in both football and multi sports. It was great that they could switch groups on the day if they fancied doing a different sport to what I’d booked. They had lots of fun!

My children attended the ActiveMe360 holiday club at Toynbee. They have been attending the holidays clubs with ActiveMe360 for 2 years now and they are always asking when they can go again!
We had three girls doing the dance club and my son did the football camp. The girls enjoyed every minute of performing, singing and dancing! They made so many friends and had a lovely time. Thank you Amy for making sure they had the best summer holidays.
They especially loved the Matilda performance 🩷
My son loved the football camp, he wouldn’t entertain doing anything else other than football or playing on his Xbox over the summer holidays so it made me extremely grateful that he could go and have a great day doing something he loves (rather than sit inside gaming) Thank you Jordan!
And thank you Aaron for making sure they all had a great summer! We will definitely be back in the next school holidays. I highly recommend ActiveMe360 and all the team.

Both my children enjoyed their sessions…
Both my children enjoyed their sessions at Ludlow. Sophie was very welcoming and my children felt comfortable in her care. We will continue to use the company for childcare. It would be great if the session times were catered more for working parents. 9.30 is a late start but I assume that is more down to the premises used

Inexperienced and prejudiced staff
My daughter had been attending the ActiveMe360 dance camp at Toynbee school, until the staff decided without warning, to report us to social services. This was regarding issues including (but not limited to) lateness and having hair and clothes which were not to their liking. For good measure they added that my daughter had “multiple bruises across her body” and a non existent cut to her face insinuating physical abuse. These observations were wholly fictitious, of which the social worker discovered later.
ActiveMe360 have refused to discuss this with me and have doubled down on the actions of their staff stating that they have no obligation to discuss issues with parents. This is not in accordance with normal practice and thankfully most responsible Ofsted registered childcare services prioritise working WITH families and exercise policies of being non-discriminatory, culturally sensitive and inclusive for all types of people including those with SEND.
Social Services have closed the case with no further action.
I believe this referral was made due to prejudice and possibly even malice.
ActiveMe360 staff need appropriate training in safeguarding as inappropriate referrals to social care causes unecessary burden to already stretched services as well as undue anxiety and stress for families.

As we communicated in our earlier email to you, it was not possible to meet with you during an active and ongoing investigation, as doing so would have been inappropriate. Additionally, the information you were seeking was held by the Local Authority Safeguarding team, not by us. We’re glad to hear that the investigation has now concluded, and on that basis we would be more than happy to meet with you to discuss any concerns you may still have.
We want to reassure you that safeguarding is a top priority for us. We have robust policies and procedures in place, and we take our responsibilities extremely seriously. In 2024 alone, we have undergone four Ofsted inspections, all of which are available to view online. These inspections highlighted our 'open and positive culture around safeguarding, putting the children's interests first.' Our team members are fully trained in safeguarding, regularly participate in continuing professional development (CPD), and are well-versed in identifying universal signs of concern, which we are duty-bound to refer.
When a concern is raised, it is reviewed by an internal panel, which includes Level 3 trained Designated Safeguarding Leads with decades of experience in education. Our sole focus is the well-being of the child, and we will never compromise on this commitment, irrespective of the child's background. It is our duty of care to ensure that every child is safe.
We stand by our team and firmly deny the allegations that any of their observations were fictitious or motivated by malice. These claims are simply untrue. It is important to clarify that we only make referrals to the local authority safeguarding team; we do not have the authority to initiate an investigation. The local authority makes its own decisions based on the information they receive, which may include information they already possess. We believe that any referral made with the child's welfare in mind is appropriate, and we are confident that the local authority and Ofsted would support the decisions we make.
Regarding inclusivity, we welcome children from all backgrounds on a daily basis. We strive to provide inclusive services, but it is essential that parents or guardians inform us of any special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) so that we can accommodate them appropriately. Parents and guardians are able to do this on their child's account, safely and securely, so our team have the information available to them to cater for each child's needs.
We regret the anxiety and stress this situation has caused you, but we stand by our team's decisions to protect the children in our care. While we are disappointed that you felt compelled to leave a negative review, we believe that parents who read it will be reassured by our unwavering commitment to safeguarding and the care of their children, regardless of circumstances. If a one-star review is the price of maintaining this commitment, it is a price we are willing to pay.
If you wish to pursue a complaint with Ofsted or the Local Authority regarding this case, you can find details on how to do so on their respective websites. We welcome any review they may undertake.

Football camp and dance camp
My son and daughter are going there almost every half term. My son plays football, while my daughter enjoys dancing or gymnastics. They are both enjoying it all the time. Staff are very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

HAF club
My daughter (5, ASD and non verbal) has attended the HAF club this week. The team have made her so welcome, have ensured she is happy and have gone over and beyond to adapt activities for her.
