The staff is polite and helpful, but if you are ordering from outside of Italy and need to send items back for an exchange in case you bought the wrong size, do not expect this online shop to be able to offer you any form of shipping for a return.
You are simply left hanging ...
In my case, I paid the shipping charge of 12Euros with FedEx to Portugal and had to ship back to the retailer at my expense two pairs of Dickies working trousers with Portuguese Post in a parcel coming close to 2Kgs, with a cost of 21Euros.
Did the retailer offer to ship the new exchange size back to the customer as is usual under the long-distance sales agreement?
No, he did not; I simply received a refund and was informed that I can place a new order.
No thank you; not recommended!

In reply to what you state and as seen on your terms and conditions:
"Products can be returned if they are defective, do not meet expectations, or are not the desired size. The return shipping costs are always borne by the customer unless ACT STORE sent incorrect or defective products. ... In case of a return, the customer may request a refund of the amount paid or an exchange of the item (subject to contact and acceptance by ACT STORE). Once the goods have been received and their condition verified, ACT STORE will notify the customer of the outcome and acceptance of the return."
In reply to my enquiry if I can send the pair received back for an exchange, you reserved the pair of trousers of an inferior size; but as it turned out you expected the customer to place a new order which means paying again 12Euros for shipping costs. However, nowhere did your customer state that a new order will be placed and claiming so is a false statement.
On the other hand, had you observed what most online shops do, in other words have a fair exchange shipping policy instead of asking your customer to place a new order as you did, you would have received 5 stars instead of 3 and made the sale.
The price of a discount towards an item is irrelevant and off-topic as concerns the critique of an opaque exchange policy!
Last, something I chose to overlook in your favour but will mention to your embarrassment as a clothing retailer: when I asked you to inform me of the inseam length of the trousers, whether these are 32 or 34 inches, you replied:
"Sorry for the late reply. The leg length for size 32 is 104 cm."
When I received the trousers I realised that not only was your staff unable to identify the interior label of the trousers which clearly stated 32/32, in other words 32 waist and 32 inseam ... but you actually ignore that leg length is measured from the bottom of the pelvis to the hem!

As clearly stated both in our email communication and in our store policies, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as is the case with most online "boutique" shops.
We are surprised to read that you felt “left hanging....” In addition to responding promptly to all your emails, we also reserved the replacement trousers for you, removing them from public sale for an extended period of time after you confirmed your intention to proceed with a new purchase once all conditions had been explained, including the need to place a new order, which is standard practice for online purchases.
For this reason, we believe your review does not accurately reflect the level of assistance and support that was provided to you, considering that the product was being sold at approximately 75% off.
