As the other reviews say.... this is actually a company in Germany.

UPS attempted to deliver my product and asked for over £90 in import fees! - which I rejected.

The company are clearly trying to deceive people, as this is in NO WAY made clear.

Sharks. Avoid.

This company is based in Germany. There fore if delivery is outside the EU, you will need to pay an import tax.. this is devised amount by customs.. The quality of the product is no better from comapny based in the UK in which you will pay uk tax on immediately. Due to most of their products being personalised will be very difficult to get a refund on..

As others have stated. This is based din Germany but this is not declared anywhere during order process.

Massive VAT fee. I refused to pay. Will charge back via credit card for inaccurate advertisment.

Company claims they make this clear....I sent definitive proof that at job point is the concept of non UK manufacturing or need for VAT and duty disclosed. Disgraceful. Should have their domain revoked.

Be very cautious!!!!! I had to pay 50GBP on top of the 19GBP delivery cost in duty before UPS would leave my delivery. Apparently it says so at the basket in small print be aware.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
Website so easy to use, delivery times great, and most importantly the final product totally exceeded our expectations. 100%!!

The print is very good. The problem is this company is quite misleading with it's name. It makes yo think it's a UK company. It isn't...
Import duty has to be paid and you have to search the small print to find out.
£75 is a lot on top of your initial payment as I found out.
Definitely buyer beware.

Really happy with the quality of my prints from Acrylic Glass photo. Definition on 30 & 60 cm was amazingly good, even though I only had 2MB photo files. Colour reproduction great. Recommended.

Ordered a large acrylic photo. The photo acrylic was stunning. Such a lovely result for our wall. I would 100% use them again. Great turn around time, packed really well.
Purchased as a Christmas present, after seeing the photo acrylic I could not wait to show on my wall. Excellent job, thank you

Totally dishonest. This is not a uk site as the website address suggests. DO NOT USE.
They hid the fact that import taxes will need to be paid. Total rip off.

They aim to decieve....DO NOT USE. They are not British as would appear. You recieve your item, then told at the door YOU have to pay import duty fees !!
Also I have opened the item ordered it is terrible. Colours and whites very dull. Not crisp and whites white as my photo I uploaded to them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

From point-of-ordering to rendering the image to delivery was all first class and as specified. The final image on acrylic is exactly as ordered and all-in-all a very good service and good value.

Well done Acrylic Glass the picture exceeded my expectations. There was a delay caused by UPS or UK Customs, but the product was magnificent . . . many thanks . . . Alan Mildred.

STAY AWAY Terrible company.
Very inferior product, acrylic photo I purchased from them on the 30/10/24 is not fit for purpose, the photo simply started to flake away from the Acrylic sheet
When I emailed in to raise the issue, had a rude reply blaming me and refused refund
Product is total garbage

I wished I'd seen the reviews before ordering. As others have said, this is a German company and everything about their website is misleading. I ordered my print on Nov 6th, with an expected delivery of Nov 14th for a wedding anniversary on the 16th, arrived on the 26th as I was writing this review. Plus I've had to pay import duties. Horrendous customer service with numerous emails that offered no apologies or explanation when they eventually respond, and phone calls that are not answered.

Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering.
Didn’t realise until afterwards that this .co.uk company is actually German hence the exorbitant VAT cost collected by UPS on delivery of my photo. £51.52 for a £185 picture.
Whilst the product is good they hide the extra costs further into their website rather than be as transparent as the acrylic they use.

Completely happy with the final product BUT there was unexpected customs and duty payments of £65 (given it was a .UK website), this was a surprise. Customer services did not reply to my email about this. Delivery took longer than expected. Cost of fittings was extortionate given what they are. I also paid for image enhancement but it didn't appear to be any different to the images I supplied. If you do use them, make sure you are aware of the above issues. I echo the comments made by others. I have posted a similar review to their feedback section and will wait to see if it's published!

Terrible product and service. The item I ordered looked nothing like the original digital image I sent. Colours were weak and washed out. I even paid extra for the special 'IPerfect' optimization, which when I mentioned this to the salesperson after complaining about the quality of the print.... dared to say that they 'recommend not selecting this option'. I was not only left with a rubbish print but had to pay extra for it! Do NOT use the company, they are terrible

As many other said - not UK company, import charges are not informed. My bigger problem was that the print was terrible quality. Completely unusable, I ordered in a different place and the print was perfect. They ignored my complain, saying they do not take returns.

The company pretend to be UK business, is it legal at all ?

As other have said..'unlawful' advertising, not a UK company..not an express service. Ordered an acrylic print as a birthday present. 6 days later it was still at the 'processing' stage. Contacted them and had the usual 'we are so busy and cannot deal with the amount of orders we have'...why not advise this at point of order?
immediate refund given on request...dodged a bullet?

Absolutely awful customer service and unlawful advertising. They're not a UK company so you will have to pay import tax if you order from here! Avoid at all cost. Or it will cost you! A lot!!
