Cannot recommend highly enough. We use their Squirrel compliance service and the combination of their experienced and knowledgable team, with tech support, is perfect. We are new to data compliance, but this whole process has been easy. They respond to questions very quickly.
I've been working with Acorn Compliance for our NHS compliance needs at Hibi, and they've been absolutely fantastic.
Their platform bundles together everything you need for DTAC compliance from clinical safety to technical security in one place, making it much easier to tackle than doing it piecemeal. The Squirrel chatbot has been super helpful for quick questions and guidance. Their platform has saved us tons of time overall, especially regarding evidence generation and documentation.
However, what sets Acorn apart is its exceptional customer service. Michael and the rest of the team have been incredibly responsive and helpful with everything from pen testing to DSPT completion.
