Celeste is a professional yet able to treat customers with personal and prompt attention.
My husband and I are in a field that is completely immersive. We cannot use cell phones while working. There is a very narrow window during the day to speak on the phone. With this restriction, Celeste still managed to quickly and efficiently communicate via email and text.
The digidoc program Achieve uses is the most user friendly I have used.
This is a rewrite of an existing Achieve loan. We had many options for lenders and are very confident in our choice to remain with Achieve.
Without hesitation we would choose Celeste and Achieve again.

We got to work with Tina Valdez who went though great links with Helping us to Achieve our gold, made us fill Valued and appreciate, going forward with the help of Mrs.Valdez and Achieve we are looking to Brighter Day Ahead, AMAZING Ty.

This experience was so easy. Shyla was incredible and informed us of all the information and numbers that we needed to make a good decision. Shyla explained how this was a better position for us and our needs to handle the debt we have with Achieve. I am grateful she reached out to us.

The "CONSULTANT" for ACHIEVE non financial company for FDR, was rude and told me he was trying to help someone as confused as me understand about the program. Then as it results, after much bantering from him, I was finally allowed to speak and asked him if what I said was correct, and he agreed what I said was correct. The double talk he was doing was uncalled for and a waste and I stopped him mid sentence to tell him it was uncalled for the way he was talking to me saying over and over that I was confused. This FDR company takes the money up front to pay their fees to negotiate, then they start payment on your actual account, months later. So, although there was a negotiation to settle for less, than I owed, that amount I paid them to negotiate made the balance the same as the original amount. So, reconsider choosing to work with a Debt Relief company that has rude consultants who double talk and enjoy hearing their self on the so-called recording. FDR, needs to do an audit of their customer relations department. Rude customer service or consultants doesn't work for me. I have worked in customer service and I never insulted the customer, no matter what.

Ive been an Acheive client for a few years now, with multiple loans. Acheive has by far had the easiest loan experience. The convenience they offer through the process is unmatched. The staff is exceptional. Wendy B. is amazing.
